Horrible service with *********** people who do not know what they are doing. I have an emergency where my son needs data, however I've loaded 3 times and the data is not showing... since 8 this morning my query has been escalated with no feedback after I was told by the 1st consultant that ot would take 10 min..Then the 2nd consultant by the name of Thelma Sibeko dropps my call after asking to speak to the manager...
I am still waiting on the fraud department to get back to me regarding my 3 claims, I still get emails to say that someone will call me back but that does not happen. I put a claim through for 3 amounts, however nothing has been done, I did request for my matter to be escalated further regarding the refuted outcome that was sent out for one claim, what about the others?
I need my query sorted out please, I am not accepting the feedback I received for the following case number 4160780NF. I was called by a consultant who advised that they will take the matter further. Refuted is not what I'm expecting as I trust the bank with the little that I have. I don't know if this is because I'm not a high profile client
I logged a fraud case on the 15th July 2021 and was told that it was not possible to refund my money, I have been having issues with my money disappearing from my account for over a year now, maybe after 10 years of using this bank I should change banks. I need this to be reviewed as I constantly need to move money out of my account, I have since been promised a callback which has been a lie too
Really not fair how Fruad does not really help wneh you've been scammed even when you've been a loyal customer for years

I would like to say I am very disgusted with the service I received today from Uber Eats and McDonald in Parktown. I placed an order today and was tracking the order. Next thing I get a notification that my order was cancelled without my consent or a call from the delivery guy or store. I then received an email from uber Eats stating that they have refunded my account and the fund will only be in my account within the next 5 working days. I will not except this , I want my food today or my money today. I did not authorize for any order to be cancelled . McDonald Parktown, Johannesburg

I sent a query last week and was promised feedback within 48 hours and to date I'm still waiting. Pathetic service
