For over 6 months I have been asking these people or actually these things becuaer they have no respect no decency my account was paid up they fail to issue a final statement and they refuse to communicate with me. I have now got a judgemental against for absolutely nothing they are the most useless bunch of ******* out. I will be reporting all my emails to casa that I have had with them and lies they have told k have got evidence I will reporting this to the ombudsman I will also be pursue legal charges as you have now ****** my livielood from me as someone can't do their job so I'll be claiming damages through relevant law societies and they don't like you and they ready to take you no matter the expense needed. I HOPE THAT EVERYONE AND THIS WHOKW COMOANY ROT IN THE DEPTHS OF HELL
I have tried contacting them and the installers of my bin linning becuase my bin linning is literally peeling off and has been since the day after I got it no one is responding to my calls or emails I will need to advance with more legal route and that’s writing to the abouts man about this…….
Firstly their drivers are hazardous on the roads but yet they still can’t make delivery on time and yet my delivery still doesn’t show up and when you phone the call centre oh we will investigate and get back to you but they never do. So the drivers can ***** checkers takes your money and still deducts the tip for the driver and the food never comes and customer never contacts you back.
How can one have more then Enough and fnb still bouncing his debit orders and fnb just keeping R110 from my account for missed debit order but the money that returns into my account is the same money that went out minus the R110 it happens every month and I have been fighting with fnb about this for two months now and they say its me how can it be if you have R2000 in your account. And your debit order is R800 the debit order goes off then bounces comes back into your account with R700 you now have R1900 and yet they say insufficient funds? I am a premier banker and I can’t even get them to answer a phone call, I have been trying to apply for credit for 2 years through my personal and my business realm and yet to my surprise fnb doesn’t care I have asked them multiple times to please contact me no one ever does just **** to me this essay will fall onto deaf ears but I wish for people to read this and see the problems and the amount of money fnb *****s from people! Fnb you neeed to change your motto to How can we ***** from you and not how can we help you because you do not help you only ***** like the government suppose the apple doesn’t fall from the tree, you serve zero purpose in this world and quiet frankly the people in charge of this should’ve sunk with that stupid submersible thing to see the titanic I feel the world would be a better place without you degenerateson it
I spoke to a lady by the name of Lindokuhle msomi at the boom street in pietermaritzburg branch. I spoke to her over the phone. She was laughing and ha img a secondary conversation with her work colleagues whilst I was on the phone with mind you she is meant to be my business bank manager. She the. Promised to send documents which she never did I have been trying to call her and her phone either seems to be off or she just doesnt answer.
I have phoned FNB countless times and can never get an answer I’ve been into the branch and no one can help me!!! FNB is the most useless bank. There is transactions going off on my account that I didn’t approve! FNB refuses point blank to help me. FNB needs to catch a. Wake up not only is it going off on my business account it goes off on my personal account Aswel.
I have a business account with FNB and they are absolutely useless I pay over R1000 a month for Ning fees that we didn’t agree on when I phone they say I can’t help me and stick me on hold for 30 odd minutes. There are fees going off on my account when I enquire about them I get a simple answer of I don’t know. When I then decide to go into the branch there is absolutely no one that can help me except the business banker and according the person who works at the door they can’t say when they will be back because they work their own schedule! FNB IS A BULL**** BANK AND THEY DESERVE NOTHING BUT UNGRATEFULNESS. FNB SLOGAN SHOULDNT BE HOW CAN WE HEP YOU BECUASE YOU can’t even through a **** up in a pub.
I woke up this morning to find that my account has been struck yet again by a debit order miss pays me of R180 this is not the first time. My debit orders are up to date and everything of mine is up to date and yet they persist on *****ing around with me worst bank ever I have had nothing but problems since the beginning of the year I think it’s time I take my business somewhere else!
I went to Victoria Road PMB on 8 august and asked them to please do a porting of number and they refused point blank even got the manager involved telling me how wrong I am! I then have been trying to call the “call centre” where it is impossible to speak to a consultant! Honestly the worst service ever!!!!!! Vodacom you think you helping with a virtual assistant but you not! There are a lot of people who still want to speak to a consultant. I think it’s time I move service providers!
I had a debit order go off on one of my account for 17 and there happened to be no money in that particular account - this said I had R16 in my account the debit order went off FNB then put the R16 back in my account and further debited me a R110 for unpaid fees and his is totally unacceptable because of the simple fact is that it was a R1 miss. I have several accounts with FNB and From setting up an account to a simple transaction FNB really do make everyone’s life difficult.
