My name is Louis. I am so dissapointed by freeway toyota online shopping. I ordered my first order by 24 /01/2025 still I did not receive . They always give me excuses that Eta did not deliver. Next week will come. I made another order while I was still waiting . Just after a week in a first order. Nothing delivered.. I feel you are willing order anything online. Free way toyota must not be an option. I trusted toyota since have a good reputation. They service is very bad.
I want to share my experience with car tracker .Since I joined them in later 2020. Their service is always excellent when you raise an alarm. My car was hijacked I found through their assistance less than an hour. I do recommend cartracker as the best company in tracking a vehicles . Their service have no limits . Keep it up a good work cartracker service team . I really appreciate your service. Thank you
I am very glad to get a problem on my car at very early stage. South african underwriters is a very bad insurance. I wish everyone can know it . My car was not involved in an accident . The stone hit my right light front side. By the car was coming infront at night. My front light get damaged. When u report my problem to my insurance they said that they will send accessor to check the situation and the condition of a car. Till today no one came. Someone called said is appointed by Sau to assist about a car. She said that I must take a car to a panel beaters ,she already spoke to them ,I knock off at work and i went there. When i get there they could not help me saying a boss was not available. I must leave they will contact me. I left later I realize I am running out of time. I checked other panel beaters ,they made qoutation and sent it. When the insurance respond the say they cannot help me because the cost is too high. I ask myself what I was in accident will ,I still get help ? I am just sharing this story as I am very disappointed. Though I warn you don't make a wrong choice to choose Sau their service is very bad and poor. My car light still not right though I have insurance I choose to help if something happen on my car. I am fine I will fix my car as I love it. I am very hurt though I learn a lesson. Thank you
The problem I reported is fixed. The technician did came and resolve the matter on satisfaction ability. Thanks once again.
Car tracker technician damage my car . I cannot open my bonnet now. I don't know what he did on my bonnet latch. I think their training is not a quality I am so disappointed
I reported a car damage to my insurance company. The date was 27/10/2020. Till today no action taken to assist me. I cannot drive my car as have a damage. When I call them they always says that they will callme nothing happened. I don't know what to do now? I am just wondering if I can be a serious big problem than the one I have ,will I have trust them to resolve my problem. I trusted them now I feel so down about them. I need advice to anyone who can assist because now i am stuck. Though i thought i have insurance company to help when unacceptable events occur. Please help me ,so I can get other means to fix my car and get back on track.
I need help to anyone who can assist me. I had accounts with one of cash loans institution. Those loans were all paid up. When I received my credit those accounts still appear as if not paidup. I tried to do an dispute to transunion till today those accounts still reflect as active and on areas. I want vehicle my applications keeps rejecting. Due my bad credit history as those accounts reflect. Anyone can help me or advise me what to do now?
I booked the car in advance about a week before a date of collection online. I did follow all the steps doing a transaction payment online. The bookings were approved. The date of collection was 18/09/2020. When I got there the car I booked was not available they gave me other one which Nissan Almera instead of toyota Corolla quest manual. They replaced it with automatic. I had no problem with that. The representative took me to do external inspections. Then he said that everything is fine. I drove a car to Eastern cape along the road the car was not braking. I drove thinking maybe is just a minor the car became more worse,. I decided to call them at their call center for assistance. They promise to deliver other one from East london. I was late to get to a funeral as we can meet later on Saturday around 15:00 . They promise to comeback to me. They didn't callme Sunday I had to comeback with that car . I drove a car taking such risk. Till I arrived ,on the following day I drove a car back to their branch Potchefstroom. I raised my concern again.,they apologized say that a car was overdue on service. It was the only they gave me. What if I was involved in accident and I become in fatal. My plea don't trust Avis cars their service is not guaranteed. You can follow them and ask why they gave such a car without doing proper inspections. My is Louis Krweqe.thank you
