I was phoned today to upgrade or move from one contract to other. when asking the person if this is a contract or migration it was said it is migration. I told the I don't want a contract I because I am going to cancelled the contract when it finished because I don't want to continue with it. He started to be rude to me. I ask him if I could speak to his supervisor he did not want me to and started to be ****y with me. i drop the phone. If this is wat Vodacom employees does to cheat customers in doing things they don't want to I see you will lose us. not happy
This morning I phone Vodacom fibre to cancel may discreption because I am moving to a new address. I was explain how everything going to work and other products I can use it was fine untill I said I need to discuss it with my with the consultant name that assisted Dinse Morgan I did not like the way she handled this and she was very rude. After ending the call I phoned back and there was no manager, team leader or supervisor it scary to know and no supervision. I think after my notice period I will definitely go to another service provider and next year I close all my accounts with Vodacom this is not the first time I have this bad experience with Vodacom.
A tried to apply for a credit card about 3week ago. I went into the branch at OR Tambo airport I submitted all the required documents was said I met the requirements and said to wait for about a week to come and collect the card. After a week I went back and there was no card was said I must come back or wait for a SMS. Few days later I was called and said they could not processed because of documents and signatures outstanding. I explained that handed in all the documents as requested. The person assisting said I must go to brunch again to just sign everything again. I went back and did it. I then reserved a call and the person assisting me said that they are waiting for my signature I told then I did he keep on informing me that the person assisting me made a mistake and I had to do everything again I decline and ask for everything to be cancelled. I wanted exstra money because I am going on honeymoon and now with this there will not be any exstra I wanted to become a new client but after this FNB will not get my business again. I used to think standard was bad with Service but think FNB just changed my mind. If four employees can't assist one person to apply for credit card I think there a big problem with company training.
I used my bush baby gazebo just 2 and it started giving me problem by not clipping in. I was busy trying to fix the problem when a storm hit us and couldn't not secure it to the ground. Ons leg bend. Please don't buy the gazebo it a wast of money

after 19 years you increase my installment by R400 trying to asked discounts there was many of excuses and did not have feel okay about this.

When I ask if I could speak to her supervisor she said they can't because of meetings all day. Question if this is so we're do you report to the next level. I had a problem with payment but sorted this morning again more prblem
Bad service they rob you blindly in quoting for a claim and then they say we will not pay if the amount is lower then your access. This is the second time receive bad service in a year. They try to fix your vehicle with second hand parts. Not pleased realy not pleased
Was phoned last week by a vodacom come agent to ask if i want to migrate to a beter option, after i told the agent I want to go to a vodashop to do my upgrade myself because I want to apply for a contract he insisted this is not a contract and i can still upgrade anytime I wanted( the upgrade was planed for March). Today I received a call telling me I have a new contract for the next 24 months. I phoned customer service and when i ask for help it was said i must send copies of my id and proof of residency. I went to a vodashop and a incident was logged. I must wait 24 to 48 hours for this to be resolved or not. If not satisfied i will seek legal advise
