For the second time now, buying the same shoe different sizes only to be told the item took a detour, are you guys for real? my runway has to be the worst online app ive ever used. How can an item be available for purchase and later be told nope, you won’t receive it? This is totally unacceptable, false advertising is what you guys are good at, Never again 😡!!!
Being a client of Insurance supermarket for the past 5 years has been nothing short of a bliss. A big shout out for Mxolisi Nhlapho for always working his magic and eagerness to help solve my problems according to my needs, he is truly the best of the best!!! And because of that, i have every reason to continue using Insurance supermarkets services. A happy client i am indeed 🥂
This Hosmed merger has to be the worst thing ever to happen to Sizwe, always rejecting claims and useless benefits given to members, very rude customer service and no clear details of reasons why claims are rejected other than that funds are exceeded. There is nothing they are not rejecting and i honestly see no use in being covered by a medical aid when always having to pay out of my own pocket when in need of medicines or doctors help. You guys have just lost a member, kudos
I have a complaint about your collections department, about Simphiwe Sibusiso Ntshingila (Officer Collect Inbound Outbound RBC) and Refiloe i do not know what her surname is, also in the same department. I have been calling and writing emails to them about an issue and being promised feedback which i never receive from them, my request is still not fulfilled and I still use my own data and airtime to call them about the same issue over and over again and im tired of being **** to time and time again, no response on emails i send Simphiwe even though he said the issue has been escalates to his team leader. I do not appreciate such poor service from Absa and all my efforts seem to be in vain. Very disappointed with your collection departments staff and their incompetence. Its been 2 months now being sent pillar to post and empty promises being made to me and still my problem has no feedback, till now. A very dissatisfied customer i am 😡

Zando does not even deserve to receive even half a star. Zando has to honestly be the worst online shop that has ever existed. I bought sneakers which took 3 weeks to be delivered after various emails asking about it and no one bothered to respond in that 3 weeks. Their policies are not practical because what is written in them is not how the works work by. After receiving the item, it did not fit me, and i had to log a return, boy was this a struggle. Their new app is so useless. Zando did not update the item as delivered so i could not log the return. Again, i had to email (which no one bothers to answer) had to call several time using my own airtime to ask them to update it. When i asked them why it took so long (2 weeks) they told me ( after numerous call and no one answering -as usual ) their system does not notify them that there is a return so they cant see that the is an item which should be collected, i them ask how would i know that because they dont even bother telling us about their stupid system. Then they tell me i should call and tell them, what the hell? Why would i do that because if i log it on the app them automatically it should go through to their side and action it, but no, i was supposed to take a wild guess that I should notify them (which is not my job by the way). Okay, another 3 weeks passes and guess what, no courier come to pick it up. Again, i have to put in so much energy and so much efforts into knowing why, and as usual, Zando does not care or bother to give me updates. Again, with my own airtime and wasting my time, i call to find out why, them they tell me they will take it up. Aibo, how??? After a whole 3 weeks???? Only now because i called you taking it up? They tell me that i should have sent an email and I told them why would i do dat when there are still emails dating to 2 months back and still has not been replied to. And regarding this matter, i sent thousands of emails and they dont respond as always, and if i dont follow up on the issue, they will tell me 14 days which is stipulated in their returns policy is over and I will be stuck with an item which does not fit me and what will i do with it? Zando is so frustrating and it is not the first time they do this. I am never shopping with Zando ever again.
