Pathetic service from Tebogo.

Tebogo at the Sandton City Stand (Opposite Mr. Price home) is extremely impatient and unfriendly. When clients ask questions and not ask to taste!! Be patient and give answer. Customer service is most important.

Pathetic coverage and Customer Service.

Openserve with Supersonic!! Worst combination ever! Aside from not having network for 96 hours. The fact that supersonic took 4 days to establish that a technician has to be assigned then get told there isn’t a contact number for Openserve!!! Seriously.

Poor Aftersales and Customer Service

Purchased a laptop from House and Home Fourways Mall on 5 Feb 2025. Sales person was excellent but the after sales and customer service thereafter is beyond pathetic. My nephew started using the laptop on 14 Feb 2025 for online school. Over the week he complained that everytjme his laptop locked he has to restart the laptop to reconnect to the WiFi. Tried to search for WiFi under settings, it doesn’t exist. On Sunday 23 Feb 2025 I went to the store and was approached by a half dead customer agent - Eddy. Took 15 minutes to find the customer service number. Only to come take my number and assured me he or someone will call me on Monday. On Tuesday I went into the Branch. Approached by Ellen (Store Manager). She confirmed Eddy will only return to work on Thursday. She assisted and assured me she will escalate. Went into the store today - Thursday and she “escalated” but to no avail. I posted a query and complaint on 24 Feb @ 23:20 and no response or call!!
