IS IT ME ALONE THAT I BEING DEBITED MORE THEN ONCE A MONTH? AND NO UPDATE FOR SUCH MATTER? NO STATEMENT MONTHLY? AND NO RESPONSE WHEN RASING A MATTER? IS THIS THE RESON BEHIND MANDTORY DEBIT ORDERS SO THEY TAKE PEOPLE S MONEY AND NEVER ATTEND TO THEM?
I WENT TO GYM SIGN UP IN JULY 2025 WITH A TWO MONTHS PROMOTION THEN UPON THE START OF SECOND MONTH, UNEXPENCTED MAINTENANCE OF COLD SHOWERS AND POOLS WHICH TOOK OVER A MONTH WITHOU GETTING ANY CORRESPONDENCE EVERYTHING IS BACK UP AND RUNINING AND THEN I WANTED TO CANCELL MY MEMBERSHIP DUE TO THAT AND ALSO ME RELOCATING, GUESS WHAT?? THEY SAY I AM LIABLE TO A CANCELATION FEE WHICH THE SALES PERSON NEVER CARE TO MENTION, ALL HAPPENT IS JUST SIGN HERE AND HERE THEN SHE SAYS YOU CAN CANCELL THE MEMBERSHIP JUST LIKE THAT BUT HERE I AM, I AM BEING CHARGED..WHAT KINDLY OF ROBBING GAME IS THIS? SIGN UP THEN CANT ATTEND GYM FOR A MONTH, YOU CANCE THEY STILL CHARGE YOU "HIDDEN FEES?" NO THIS IS A ****!!
Very bad business strategy to make quick money simply because cancellation of their insurance. I got qouted premium of 1300 with an excess of 27 000, i signed up then i got qoute from another insurance company which had 6000 excess at a premium of 1800 then i cancelled king price.. again they called me to offer a better qoute but the problem is the once off activation fee of 1200.00 then i rejected the qoute because of 1200 activation fee then thats when they say i ll be liable to pay the fee because i have used the policy to collect my car from a dealership and this was not mentioned to me when i asked about cancellation.. Simply because i rejected a qoute now i am being debited and now the **** of activation fee is on me.. When ever you see king price insurance, please run for your life.. i am battling here with this ****!! Quick money scheme!!!

sells **** clothes and refuses for refunds, clothes not eligible for return when they know very well that they about to close down.
Very bad service and refuses to refund me. Two weeks back i went through online platform to buy wigs on specials, so i added two wigs and to checkout, 1 wig was free and i paid for the other 1. after i paid, i recieved an email that the 1 free wig is unpaid and i need to pay for it and then i emailed requesting a refund and no answer then i texted on whatsapp and they said they dont do refunds and also they cannot give two wigs of which is what i paid for. Then after i sent the screen shot of other wig being free, they sent me a screenshort of refunds from payfast and stated that it will processed after 7 working days and today is the 8th working day and still have not got my refund. i text on whatsapp and there is no answer as well. i am stuck with Avum refusing with my refund and cannot give me what i paid for..which ombusman can i report this?

I have a problem with Vuma and the Service provider for Internet services: SADV as they sold their services to me as per the mail trail below. I have tried to liaison with the service provider and Vuma fiber internet service as per the incident below: "I have paid on the 25 April 2022 for activation, upon follow up i was told that i paid for someone else since they promised to activate within 7 days upon payment. please help with the installation as soon as today or please refund me my money back. There are alot of wifi services that can connect one day after payments have been made. Please I spent the whole day speaking to different agents, from mapula to o****leng to reneilwe to Mike and still nothing. no one showed up in my household and i need help regarding this matter." I was only requested to provide proof of payments and then no one ever got back to me. Below is what happend before I launched the case above. An agent by the name of Mike called me and sold me Fiber internet services after they have left their internet pamflet in my household, he provided me with an easy pay number: rfe:92150000012775074 as per the screen shot on watsapp, which i went to pick n pay and made a payment, he told me installation will be done within 7 days. After 5 days a lady by the name of Mapula enquired if i am still interested in the internet services and that's when i told her i paid 5 days ago and she said the system still says pending and the number i was provided with belongs to someone else and that i was supposed to pay with an easy pay number sent by sms which i received the number after i made my payment. i returned this message to mike and he requested his supervisor O****leng and reneilwe to call me which they did and told me the installation takes 14 days and that everything is fine wherelse there is nothing fine since no installation was done. I have called Vuma to seek help regarding this matter and I spoke to a guy by the name of Tshephang and he said there is nothing he can do to help me and referred me back to the service provider and referred me back to the service provider and even on social media they are alot of complaints, they lure us to pay and they never deliver the services they sold, why they are they still having the license to operate? Today makes 18 days without the activated products they sold to me nor my refund. please assist me with this matter i have nowhere to turn to since i feel scammed
I sent an email about invoices imposed in my account when I do not have any usage but the is a charge! all along I did not have any supported router but I did manage to buy a supported router and started to use it on 30/08/2020. may you please remove the "unlimited what what" on my account????? I have already complained about the July invoice of which you already charged me R80.00, for what since I do not have any usage??? now its the August invoice of over R200.00?? I still do not have any usage!!!! why am I being charged??? How many emails should I send before I get assisted? and guess what? when i woke up, my services where disconnected because of that!
