This people at Telkom are a waste don't want to do there job plropley I have a Data contact with them this month they did not debit my account so I went this morning to find out what s going on they say it's ABSA Banks fallt must go sort out white them ABSA right a note saying Telkom must set up a debit order for the client go back to Telkom they say I must go pay at ABSA and my account is in area's which it's never been I can't wait for this contract to end and that's the last off tekom I wouldint recommend Telkom to anyone there service Is poor

They absolutely sharks I bought a set top box there on the 21of April and I didn't in stall it straight away because I still had DStv witch I arranged to switch off in this week so today I tried to in stall it and it wouldn't come on so I tried again and it it was reactivated but still no picture so I took it back to HiFi corp so they could check it and it done the same to them so I opted for a refund and they changed me for testing the thing as well as because the Seal on the box was broken and I said I had to open the box to get the sett top box out but it didn't matter to them I was refunded minus R100. And thats the last I ever buy from HiFi corp in Newcastle

Rcs seems an willing to sort out the problem with my account I just got a norther sms telling me I haven't paid my account and I've been trying for a week now they said that they'd give me feed back but to date I've had nothing I would never recommend this bissnis the way I see it they just want to rip people off if they don't fix my account ill just stop paying seeing they keep telling me I'm in areas or they must fix my account asap that's the way I see it
For the last two days I've been howndid by rcs about my account they keep keep telling me my account is in areas which it is not I went to game yesterday and they phoned rcs I spoke to an agent Hou took my details and said everything was okay now they start the same shift again today iv been a customer for years and never missed a payment and all ways paid more than the said amount and now this is how they treat me I'm closing my account with them and I will never do business with them again nor will I refer them im disgusted at the service I've received
