I bought a washing machine at OK Furniture they the machine doesn't wash so I lay a complain at OK ,in three day I received a call from a guy who said they will come and fix the machine the two guy came they didn't spend even 20 minutes they say it's a valve and the gonna order it and came back till today they didn't came back I'm worried sick now cz I need to do washing I bought a machine because I'm sick now washing is pile up I don't know what to do and I'm worried because the machine got a warranty but I don't get help because if it doesn't have warranty I will buy another one,I'm stacked with a machine that is not helping me.I trusted Defy but now I have doubts about they appliances

Today I received the massage which say Sanlam sky deduct on my bank account, how come, the deal was they deduct on my persal, OK I cancelled the deal now who allows them to go on my bank account, please Sanlam sky reverse my R300.

I bought a bed at Russell store last year July 16th then I was not happy with the mattress I lay a complain in store then they changed the mattress but still the mattress is making some noise and the is a side which is falling in and I here some wires my problem is that this bed is new but it's like its old I was using edblo bed I bought long time ago its was 2006 but it's better than this one any one can help me. I like edblo but now I don't know what to do Thank you
