My horrible experience with auto pedigree service center polokwane 1. My first visit was in May 2023 where I paid for air filter replacement using my phone 2. The money went off my account but they denied receiving it, this is after calling my bank which confirmed that the money went off 3. They then insisted that I pay cash otherwise wouldn't release my car 4. I was driven to a nearby atm to withdraw the money 5. They asked for my account and repaid the money the Monday and did not even bother to apologize for the inconvenience 6. Second visit was in December 2023,they replaced my cv joints but after taking my car to vw after a leak of what was thought to be oil, it was grease from the new cv and the clamp was not replaced. They were only interested in keeping my car in their workshop for the longest time while waiting for spares 7. Third visit was August 2024,they failed to do fault finding, only pure demonstration of incompetence by both the administration and technician team(I changed few components of my suspension and there was a difference in driving experience) 8.now today I took my car there, I was charged diagnosis fee of R700, the report is on the engine faults which I told them to not do, so the R700 was probably for driving around with my car but on paper it was about something I told them not to do 9. I then asked then the rude white lady sent a voice note telling me it's the spark plugs but was not mentioned on the "diagnostic report" 10. I've previously had bad experiences from friends, today I am the one who experienced it, 11. The R700 I should have topped up and took the car to vw and received quality work THIS IS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I've received both in the dealerships in Brits and Mokopane
