I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I've received from your branch (Shop 57 shoping centre Mayfield Square, Lurie Rd. Shangrila, Benoni, 1513). On 4th of January 2026, I took a loan against my phone and settled it on 28th of February 2026, after extending the loan term once. Despite paying off the loan, I wasn't returned my phone as the store claimed it was ******. I have been communicating with a lady named Gladys, whom I believe is managing or supervising the store. On the day of settling the loan she advised she would claim my device from the head office, latest being the 2nd of February, which would be on a Monday. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting for a resolution, and I am still without a device. My concerns are: - I've been given excuses about claiming from head office, but no clear update on my phone's status. Rather it is one excuse after the other. - The replacement phone offered has a lower battery life (84-85%) than my original phone (90%). I request: 1. An immediate return of my original phone or a replacement with the same or better condition (90%+ battery life). My loan details: - Loan taken: 4 January - Loan settled: 28 February 2026 - Phone make/model: iPhone 14 (128GB) Please address this matter urgently. Discovery sent me a whatsapp message advising that I can upgrade to a gold credit card, on the message it gave me steps to add the card to my cards, I assumed it auto granted to me without my consent, so I logged in to the app to check what is going on, mistakenly I clicked on revolving loan, however I immediately exited that page without approving anything, this happened on the 22nd, this morning I woke up to an sms stating that a record report was pulled on me, when I checked my credit profile it showed that it is discovery bank, I called in to ask them to remove their inquiry from my report, I spoke to a multiple consultants who kept on hanging up the line and not call back, they advised that their turn around is 21 days, I don't understand how is that their turn around time takes that long for something you did not even give consent for, I spoke to some lady named Lindi and I requested to speak to her team leader, she just put me on hold for about 15 minutes until I ran out of airtime. I want Discovery to remove my name from the bureau. The last lady I spoke to advised that once you land on their credit product page it auto pulls your credit report, that is nonsense, we need to accept/approve that the service provider pulls a report, it cannot be auto pulled. Their service is nonsense.
This is my 3rd review regarding this service provider, their service is waaaaay toooo pooooor 👎🏾Every week we must suffer 2 to 3 days of no internet, yet they never reimburse for those day, nor do they extend payment period, they're service is nonsense, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
Ikeja is one hell of a service provider, their service is poor,they always have service failure, if not their wifi not having internet access for days, they take ages to respond, I am so not happy with their poooooor service, I wouldn't refer anyone to them.
Ikeja provides the worst service, I wrote a review about them a week ago, and I am still back here to complain, we pay for a full month of service, we don't get to utilize the service with pleasure, their towers are mostly down so they say, however they without fail disconnect their services by the first of each month, why should we pay for wifi if we still have yo buy data? Gillian responded on my previous review and said I should ask to speak to him/her, however they still fail to put me through to him/her, ikeja is one hell of a service provider😡
Poor service, when you WhatsApp them for assistance they don't respond, they take forever to attend to customer quiries, you'll stay without internet connection for days.
I was employed by gym company Oakfields in 2020 February, however I only worked for about 2 weeks and resigned, I had to fight with the manager to get my part payment, and I was paid from petty cash, a weeks ago I was doing my efiling, and to my surprise gym company loaded an IRP5 stating that I recived a salary amounting to R5399.16 for 3 consecutive months. I tried addressing this matter with the HR manager, and he is no longer taking my calks nor replying to my messages. Anyone who knows which legal I should follow to address this matter please do kindly assist.

I have a sim card contract with blue label connect, and I lost my device on the 13th of March 2020,I called blue label connect to report my missing device and requested that it be blacklisted, it has been 3 weeks now since I've been waiting for them to send me an ITC number, I spoke to a lady by the name of Tamara on the 18th of March and she said it will take 24 to 48 hours for me to receive the ITC number, haven't received it up to this day, and I made a claim for the device, now my insurance company won't replace because I don't have the ITC number. What can I do?
