I urgently need feedback from the sales person (Emile) regarding my outstanding items when I bought my Ford Kuga from him 2 months ago. 1. Spare key 2. Service book 3. Outstanding fine on my name of previous vehicle that was taken for an joyride after trade in. I send follow up emails and don't receive any response back from him. Could somebody please assist with all outstanding matters urgently.
I applied for a new fibre line in the beginning of March 2022 so that it is available when I move in to my new home. 1 April 2022 I received a mail from Vox say installation is completed from Frogfoot but nobody was here to to an installation from frogfoot and nobody called me for appointment. I really need this installation to be done today as we have to work from home and need internet. Could somebody please assist as I phoned and hold on around 90min from last week Friday 1 April using my airtime. My account details -9227702
Really bad service: Frogfoot installed my line only in July 2021 as they where still busy with my house renovation and the arrangement was made with Vox that the router will only be installed once the house was finished. Vox sales person told me they will only start billing me once the router was installed and the line is active. They suspended my account and said I need to pay all outstanding months from when the line was installed. The technician that installed my router also confirmed i will only be billed when the router is active. I really don't understand this. I am trying now for more than an hour to get through to the correct person with no luck or so. My account number is 9227702. Please activate my account and correct the the billing. My wife works from home and we can not afford having no fibre. Please contact me ASAP
I am still awaiting for Rain to activate my Sim card - order no: 2354942 On the web it says it will take 2 hours be activated we are approaching 24hours now
I placed an fibre order with them in the beginning of March 2020 and they said it will take 7 to 14 working days to be installed till now I am still awaiting the installation. Every time I phone its a nother story. They said Thembi will call me and update me on my progress, still waiting for her call. Could somebody just please assist me with my order!!
