I had an enquiry about my account and dreaded calling the support line because in most experiences, the support line never really offers support. I got connected to Suzan Tlou and what a delight that was. She was so sweet and she assisted me in no time with more things than I was even calling to ask about. Her telephone etiquette is phenomenal and her service was exceptional. If I could give her more than 5 starts I would.
I had the absolute privilege to work with Tania Brazer. She is a wonderful, kind and thoughtful agent, that goes above and beyond to help you. She is not pushy at all and she makes sure that you understand everything and that you are comfortable with every step of the buying and selling process. If you're looking for an agent that you can trust and ask as many questions as you would like, you can not go wrong with Tania, I would 110% recommend her.
Never in my life have I experienced such wonderful and fast service. My husband and I were assisted by Natasha Breytenbach and we could not be happier! She went above and beyond to put us at ease and answer any questions we had (and we had quite a few). She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will be recommending her to anyone that will listen. I am truly blown away by the quality of service we received from her, our whole process was effortlessness and we could not be more grateful that she assisted us.
I did my eye test on the 4th of December at Spec savers Rosebank mall. 3 days after my eye test I got a call from Nomsa (who assisted me with picking out frames) saying that the lenses don't fit the frame I chose. I then had to go back to the store to either choose a new frame or pay R350 per lense to fix their mistake. So I had to settle for a frame that I didn't necessarily love. It has been 4 weeks now and I still haven't received my glasses or any communication on why it's taking so long the second time around.
Amazing service from Eugene, he kept me updated throughout the whole process. He provided extremely punctual and efficient service and made a effort to make the whole process memorable
My fiance and I went to Panarottis in Carnival mall for a late dinner. The service we received was impeccable, our waitress, Karen was friendly and very efficient. When she came around to our table to check up on us she saw we were mid chew and didn't wait for us to swallow and tell her everything is fine she just simply gave us a thumbs up to which we replied with a thumbs up and off she went (if there is one thing I hate at a restaurant it's when a manager or waiter comes over while you're busy chewing and expecting you to answer them so I really appreciated the way Karen handled things) Another thing that we've never seen at any other restaurant was that when it came closer to closing time none of the managers or waitresses were sitting around, all of them were up and busy tidying up where they could and folding pizza boxes for the next morning. When we left all the staff greeted us and wished us a good night. I have never received such amazing service! I will definitely recommend panarottis in Carnival Mall to anyone who wants amazing food and the best service, I will not be eating pizza or pasta anywhere else but there.
I have been trying to cancel my contract with MTN since the 12th of January 2021. I have phoned numerous times and at different times of the day with no answer. I find it extremely hard to believe that the only department that works with cancelations has a high call volume from 8 am to 4 pm. How many cancelations are you getting in a day then?? It's obviously a terrible idea to have call center people work from home. Also, why on earth is there only one department that works with cancelations??? Why can't the people who work with the upgrades also do cancelations, especially at the MTN store, it makes no sense.. I'm not impressed with the service I have received and I will not recommend MTN to anyone ever.
I'ts funny to me that FNB's slogan is how can we help you, because help is the last thing that my fiance and I have received from them. When we heard of the lockdown my fiance tried to get a hold of them to get a payment holiday on our home loan, because he won't be getting his full salary. He has gone in to the bank twice, but no one can seem to help for some reason. He has phoned them countless times but can never get through to an operator and when he does get through they claim to not be able to hear him and hang up. How is this the attitude of a bank that is supposed to help you? Is this how you treat loyal customers? I do not recommend FNB to anyone, absolute worst service!
