I enjoyed my meal. First time eating Portuguese cuisine. I highly recommend it, for people who like well seasoned but not too spicy 🌶️ food. The waiting staff is great! Family friendly environment or can enjoy a date night. I will be definitely going back.
I was offered n MTNa home Wi-Fi package through Mondor telephonically. I accepted it and was told if I return it within the 10 day-cool off period, there will be no cancellation charges. I called MTN to cancel the service and returned the router to an MTN shop close to me as per instructions on day 7. MTN went on to bill me for the month including pro-rata. I called them and they refunded me. The next month they deducted money from my account including cancellation fees….. a staggering amount over R4000. I have been trying to get my money back from September 2022 to date. They just say we are investigating, we will call to give you feedback each time I make a follow up. Its frustrating!

I took the first contract phone using my passport as an ID document. The passport expired. When I upgraded the contract, the passport was not updated on their systems to the new one. Fourteen years later, my phone was stolen. I blocked the line. Later bought a new line and wanted to seam swap so that i can get access to old number, airtime and data line. Mtn is falling to update ID on my profile, not my fault! Now it is almost a month with no access to my contract line. Meanwhile I have paid up subscriptions and has also paid the fee for a seam swap.... I am greatly aggrieved and disappointed with MTN yet again. If for any reasonl you can not honour your promise, you should at least cancel the contract!
The agent Sybrand Pelser helped me to review my policy. He was pleasant in dealing with my inquiry and put a smile on my face as I got a reduced premium at the end of the review.
I bought a Smeg electric kettle from @Home online. My first attempt I had chosen a chrome kettle. They kept me informed. When they failed to source, my payment was immediately reimbursed. I then change the color and performed a fresh purchase. I got the delivery the next day. I am happy with the quality of the product. I am enjoying my smeg kettle. Thank you @Home, this experience made me trust online purchases.
I bought a set of cooking pots online and I felt safe as the company kept in contact with me informing every stage from receiving my payment through shipping to delivery. I have been an MTN client for over 12 years.As of now I have a line contract with MTN because I decided not to upgrade my device, as I have other projects running. I had a Samsung Note 4,insured with MTN insurance which I upgraded to a Huawei P 10 plus. On upgrading, the new device details were not updated with the insurance. So I kept paying my subscriptions thinking that the new device is covered until I had to claim. I discovered then that I was still paying for the Note 4 insurance..... One would wonder why an insurance company allows a client to pay insurance for a device for more than 4yrs? I was then told that my claim for the P10 plus is invalid. I asked if I could claim for the Note 4 that I was still paying insurance for as I still have the device. The agent, Ntombelihle said I can put in a claim for it. I was then led through a dance of updating device details from the Note 4 to the P10plus for almost 2 months for them only to decide not to honor the claim. Paying insurance premiums for over 4yrs years, without missing a single payment is a painful process, as one loses income for other things, thinking that you are covered! This MTN insurance is a scam!
