06.07.2020 I requested a cancellation for my contract and I was told to pay 215 which was paid 07.07.2020, when I call to confirm my cancellation I am told it reflected as a payment and need to pay another cancellation, where as you debit on the 15th of each month, please cancel my contact.
I am very disappointed with the service provided, We are trying to purchase a property, taking an early pension was communicated prior, you guys still approved the bond made us pay deposit and transfer costs, only later you tell us you cannot proceed without a pension policy? wasn't it wise for you to be transparent with us and advise not to continue until the pension has been paid out and policy issued? you are not trying to consider the frustration of both the purchaser and seller of the place but what SA Home Loans want, no feedback is provide, we always have to follow up and get inconsiderate and rude consultants.
Up to this day my query hasn't been resolved regarding a cession letter that we still awaiting, service is really bad.
I took a cover with liberty life, been over a month since I have been waiting for cession letter, not only am I disappointed of the service but regret taking cover with you, I have sent numerous emails, called in and still no help.
