worse company ever, run away useless unreliable. reported Monday today its Friday 06/02/2026. nothing occurred than useless tickets without anyone taking accountability. today useless technician came and left saying everything is since 10am its now 16:33pm been holding for 27 minutes without any help than useless music, no wonder they are losing clients in Naturena. once open serve is ready i'm gone .... nightmare of a company don't deal with them
worse insurance company ever full of lies & deceit , took an insurance cover with them and I was comparing my old insurance from MiWay, I'm now in a car accident the claim took too long, and they are now coming back with a shortfall of R70 000.00 when I signed up for a cover that will settle everything inclusive of the shortfall. I was rudely forwarded a AOL document without any explanation with a shortfall of R71500.00, I have asked her to go and listen to the voice recording of what I signed up for... there's no way in hell I would have to leave the better insurance and settle for something less. I'm still waiting for the feedback, I signed up for cover which will cover everything including the shortfall.
Saw a car on an add with 57 km P-Series, spoke to a gentleman who said the car is available and sent me an OTP which sat in my e-mail for 2 weeks for application i captured and approved, sadly on the car of the pick up my mother had a heart attack and could only pick up the car at 6pm Friday 07/06/2024. couldn't check anything as I drove back home & slept, Saturday I couldn't drive back the car as it has dp self cleaning issue still took it back to km the dealership only to discover late Saturday that no my car is no longer a 57km odometer but 80k... which got me irritated, called the bank to not pay the car as it was an incorrect vehicle. no apologies but forced to pick another car which i flatly refuse until i got the contract cancelation letter. there's a Eugene guy who is horrible and the worst person one will ever deal with... bogus dealership
Sent divorce settlement on the 1st week of August, everything was handled by Maxwell Oktober, he called me verified everything and promised that funds will in 10 working days, sadly my ex wife was paid in exactly 10 days, I'm still waiting he is useless never answers any email and this is the worst company ever
Good day I called on the 20th /03/2020 and I spoke to Princess Motswagae as I had a very disturbing sms saying we need to pay 1646 I asked them how as we on compact we normally pay 660/6640 what has changed? She then said no there was a mistake from their side the amount we ned to pay its 640 we paid it . Saturday the 11th April we again get the sms saying we have not received your payment and hat to stop your account amount needed its r762.29 we paid r779 same day, after same day another sms says we have to pay r1269 by the 25th April? Today on the 15 April I called spoke to a lady named Deferenda who advised its due on the 25th of April and the account is up to date , can this 1269 be removed as I will not be paying that how are us charging us? We spoke to Hlela Boyi who escalated this to the team leader Amelia in P.E who advised they will call us back till today nothing from her? Today was told she is still on tea I am assuming she is still on tea even now.
