If a zero-star rating were an option, I would give it. My insurance experience has been exceptionally poor, marked by severe failures in communication and customer service. I have been unable to reach anyone via phone, and the email correspondence has been consistently unprofessional and unhelpful. Furthermore, my interactions with Sebastian were extremely frustrating with him just completely ignoring my emails. I am genuinely surprised their overall rating is as high as 3.7. I will be moving my business elsewhere. DON NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE!
They should change their name to OneMonthOnly as that is how long you wait for you items. And you receive them if you are lucky! Poor company in a world with so much technological advancement. I guess profit over service is the name of the game for them.
Do not invest your money with this company! Big promises with little to show. I have been ignored constantly but hounded when they wanted my business. I now sit with a huge tax bill after my money was not allocated correctly. 10x now refuses to assist me. Stay away

Absolutely pathetic service! Take your business elsewhere. They want your money but when a claim needs to be paid they are no shows. My claim was approved but I am struggling to get hold of consultants for almost a month now with no response. To top it off, I have been a client for over 5 years but this is the service I get. I am so gone!
I was assisted by Jabu Mokoena and Mpho Rabele and got the premium I wanted so 5 stars from me!
