Medshield is the most pathetic medical aid I've ever known. They really unprofessional, poor service and have no clue of business. I cannot recommend people. They couldn't give me satisfaction with medical aid.
It was learned that the promised VS Morgan had deactivated all the members' accounts. Which then turns out things aren't reflected that way on their website.
In sort, it is indeed a very awesome experience.
Shoprite Ceres, most pathetic service in history. Hone, you are taking your customers for fools. Is this the service you deliver.
@Discovery Insure was very awesome and accommodating in my current situation. The consultant, Sandile Mhlanga really went out of his way. I will recommend Discovery Insure anytime.
So I went to Edgars in Tableview branch Cape town to buy a pair of shoes. I did find the right type, but not the right size. So I've ask for assistance. They informed me that they don't have the size, but informed me of the other branches that have it in stock, specifically the Canal Walk Branch. I then ask them if the can get the shoes from Canal Walk branch and I will get it subsequently. I was informed that they unfortunately cannot do such transfers. So I've ask them to phone the branch and to request them to reserve it for me. Once again I was disappointed as they could not even find the phone nr. Eventually with some miracle , they did get the number but unfortunately nobody at Canal Walk answered the phone. So heavily irritated, I decided to go the next day to Canal walk to get the shoes. Just to find out they don't have the stock. I again requested them to get the shoes, but was disappointed. The manager was really not professional and also the assistant was extremely poor. My advice to the regional manager, is to review these branches and to educate the employees on service. Secondly, the Edgars service is really poor.
I have noticed a game adverti*****t on media, and I tried to go to the first Game store close to me, unfortunately they had no stock. So I decided, rather phone a second Game store and ask if they do have the item as advertised; unfortunately no answer, so I called a send and third game store, still no answer. Eventually after numerous calls, I decided to call the customer care line. Eventually someone came back a day later, I was informed to go to the Game at canal Walk, and eventually found that the product advertised and the product available is two different items. I enquired and was informed, that it was a mistake from one or other department. They could not rectify the blunder, and just assume that I need to accept the blunder. I cannot accept the blunder, as this is false adverti*****t, and negligence from someone. I had to return the item.
