I am writing this review with utter disgust towards Vodacom.... I sent my phone for repairs 04/10/2023.... today is 29/06/2024.... And i still do not have my phone... Your last replies on my previous post was all empty promises... saying the phone is done and i must pay the access fee, so i phoned amd they said once i inspected the phone i can pay the access fee... now being 9 months after the last time i had any feedback or connection with you, i must run around and ****ing waste money driving after my phone.... I logged the repair at Vodacom in Jeffreys Bay. They told me the repair centre is in Port Elizabeth.... that is about 78km's from here.... This afternoon i drove to be in PE and stopped to collect my phone... they then told me that the phone was sent back to Jeffreys Bay.... So i drive back to Jeffreys and they tell me the phone is still in PE... where is the phone and is it still even intact? So what the **** is going on here????? At this point i don't even want the ****** thing back... Your service is utterly useless... spent all that money to pay for insurance and have a nice phone just to sit without it for 9 Months... 9 ****ing Months😡😡😡😡😡 So the next phone call i get better be someone that can give me answers regarding this... You have till the 31st July 2024 to get my phone back to me or i will post this on every single social media platform.... The reference number for this repair is : 20521757
Good day, I am really not happy with your service from Prophunt properties, if i could even call it ****ing service to begin with. I sent an email to the maintenance department about the garage door that does not open and close like it should, and that was a full month ago, no response...(all emails go unanswered does not matter which department of Prophunt), but you expect payment every month on a specific date.... Since i moved in here a year ago... no maintenance was done to the house, i pay an substantial amount to live here but the house is in a very bad state. Prophunt properties are a bunch of ****ing ****mers and have no loyalty to their clients... I gave notice and you can take this property and shove it up your ****... Should have ****ing stayed with Remax, they can teach you how this ****ing business works
I am Paying for a 75Mb/s upload and download... That was only for the first month... Now it is on 35mb/s and 37mb/s So what am i paying you *****s for? Piece of **** network provider if you ask me...
Where do i even start.... Your services are ridiculously bad... I had my new Router installed after thinking you can do a better job than Level-7... But i stand corrected.... Your so called customer portal never works... I speak to 10 different people that tell me my line is activated and the 11th one says he picks up it is not yet activated... Sort this **** out or come fetch all your hardware at my house gate.... You lie and make empty promises... Call me as soon as you see this... you have 1 day to sort out this ****...
I sent my phone in for repairs exactly 5 weeks ago, they have not phoned me to confirm costs, i wonder if the phone still exists... Very poor or should i say utter **** service!!!!!... You guys are useless and can forget about me as a client... i have support you, been patient for more than 5 years... Please contact me ASAP... Your repair centre in Port Elizabeth is utterly useless as well as your Jeffreys Bay store in Fountains Estate. How do you think we must feel as clients? Paying over R1500 a month on a contract and this is how we are treated... cannot wait for February 2024 to get rid of this poor network service once and for all.
We bought a washing machine at bradlows Queenstown, Cathcart road. After 2 months the unit packed up. The manager at the store has been promising to help for a further 2 months now. The service of bradlows is pathetic to say the least. The Manager, Zolisa at Cathcart road, Queenstown branch is now ignoring us. When will this be resolved as this is the fourth time i submit a complaint on your website. Overall experience with bradlows is pathetic.You guys do not have customer service to say the least
I bought a Hisense washing machine. 2 months down the line it is not washing nor Rinsing. I was at the Queenstown branch in Cathcart Road, and the manager told me he will send a technician to have a look at it, and he does not know when the Technician will be available to check ... I am not happy with this. Why must a new unit be repaired??? I will never deal with this company again...
SHAKE AND WIN IS A DISGRACE OF A GAME THAT VODACOM INTRODUCED, I HAVE 1 PUZZLE PIECE SHORT TO WIN 1 OF 5 BIG PRIZES.... BUT EVERYTIME I SHAKE THEN IT SAYS I ALREADY HAVE THAT PUZZLE PIECE, FOR EXAMPLE THE SAMSUNG PHONE PUZZLE... I HAVE WON 5/6 AND SINCE THEN COLLECTED 6 OR WON 6 MORE PUZZLE PIECES TOWARDS THAT PUZZLE AND IT KEEPS ON SAYING THAT I HAVE A DUPLICATE PUZZLE PIECE... I HAVE SPENT OVER R1000 ON AIRTIME TO WIN ATLEAST SOMETHING....VODACOM YOU ARE A REAL FRAUDSTER COMPANY
Poor service is only a statement i use because I am not allowed to swear on this site.... Vodacom caan you please fix your network coverage and please do not blame Covid-19.... your network sucked before that and im sure will continue to do so, i am deeply dissapointed that i have to pay so much on my contract and my network provider can't even make sure their clients have decent network coverage.... my phone can use LTE speeds but with a vodacom sim in it its always on "E".
