My sim card stopped working on the 22nd of January 2022 and i called MTN to be told that the sim card wasn’t RICA’d correctly. I stayed without an active sim card until the 27th where I had it RICA'd yet again at an MTN Store. I got reconnected and all my data was gone. I had 10g day and 20g night. The night data is available but I was told that the 10g day data was used up between the 23-27th. How convenient that it was used up when the sim card was inactive. I spoke to Zama, Ntokozo, Anna and an apparent manager who never assisted with getting my data back. The service was poor and the attitude was condescending. I was told that I was on showmax and iTunes which I do not have accounts for. I am utterly disgusted by the kind of service a network provider gives. I have been a customer since my first cell phone which is 15 years ago but I am ready to ****vert. I use my data for study purposes and MTN has really *****ed me over
I have eaten quite a number of cheese stakes in the past but the ones served at Philly's in Randburg is by far the best one. The shop is on Uber Eats but they have a whatsapp number where you can place an order. They send daily specials which are absolutely amazing. The chips are hand-cut with skin on...devine!!! The ingredients are fresh, appealing and healthy. The staff is polite, friendly and serve you with a smile. The shop is open by the time I get to work as they serve breakfast too. I enjoy their food and would recommend that you try it
It's a scam. They sent me an email that reads as such from a Gmail account : Good day, We received your application regarding the advertised Customer Service Consultant Staff Vacancy and we apologize for the late response as we have been waiting on the new openings. I recently moved jobs and I am situated in Fourways. I have a very specific taste when it comes to food that it cooked by others even when it's takeaways. I must admit, the Deli and bakery at Checkers in Fourways Mall is absolutely amazing. The quality of good is great value for money. I appreciate the patience of the staff when trying to pick what I want. I would eat from them as opposed to third counterparts
I owed MTN an amount of R811 which the company was allocated to collect. Immediately when I received the text from MTN to warn me about the account being handed over, I made contact with Nudebt to settle the account. They took two days to respond to my request for payment arrangements. When I finally got thier details, I made a payment immediately. I then asked for a paid up letter upon the reflection of the funds on thier side. I left my email address in hopes of getting the letter in three days as promised. It has been two weeks and three days since the last time I had contact with them. My account is still in arrears and no one knows what they're doing at that collection company. I suggest MTN to move thier business elsewhere as I cannot understand why such a reputable company like theirs is even in dealings with the likes of Nudebt
