I want to express that I am utterly disgusted by the behavior of your truck driver who bul**** me off the road today. I am a person who gives gaps to trucks because I under stand that people abuse the road to push in front truck. Today there was a road closure due to wet paint on the road. I was more than 2 car lengths next to the truck and was forced to push vehicles on my left off the road because it was either my car getting damaged or get out the way. Because who cares its not the truck drivers car or their truck, nor is its his insurance, so WHO CARES. I wouldn’t understand how your driver can have this no care attitude, but if this is the way you run your business. On the 4th March Vodacom Fiber (VF) attended to a call out in a street for another customer of which they waited 7 days for the repair. However on the day of that repair the VF damaged my line in the process. What is frustrating VF does not come out in the same day or next day to fix their mistake, I was subject to log my own call. The 6th the first technician came, who didn't fix my fiber, he checked the main board and his conclusion was " the men who broke the line must come fix their mistake" and the technician left saying they would be back either the same day or the next. Well I am still waiting, I have been down for 6 days with no fiber. Several emails and phone calls between Vodacom support. No one come and I have to raise the same point, this is Vodacom who broke the line but we need to wait for the repair.
I submitted my fraud form on the 10th November 2022 and I am yet to receive feedback from the fraud department. (today being 17 working days). All the correct steps have been followed from the form to emailing fdp@vodacom.co.za after 14 work day if you had no response. With another 4 follow up mails I still don't get any response because their is no fraud number to use. What is no surprise how quick a persons money gets deducted which is in error but the amount of time to get it back. All I want is this to be corrected, to receive a credit, remove the fraudulent number from my name and to avoid the next fraudulent debit order.
Firstly outstanding service and help from Adrian Govender. This gentleman holds your had through the whole process and keeps you up to date, friendly and well spoken. Mit Mak motors were super quick to call me to make the appointment and made me an offer which no other dealer could beat. They are true to their word as they advertise. Money was transferred immediately with the proof of payment in my hand. I would recommend Mit Mak and Adrian ahead of any other. Well done everyone and a massive thank you from me.
I placed an order online for delivery on the 5th May 2020 on my account. Edgars did make me aware that the order would take long , up to 3 weeks because of all the orders. My delivery took 5 weeks and several calls to the call center out of the 9 items I only received 3. Now the very poor service is as follows, to date I have not received a credit but I have been billed for the full amount from day one. I have already made a monthly installment for items I have never receive. June’s statement still no credit and again I need to make an installment. You can call the call center and they say it will take 7 days for the credit to take place. I called today again 15/06 and they have processed nothing so now again they say 7 days will start which in the end would be 14 days because people are not doing their work. Going back to my delivery, the Invoice has a stamp to say that there is a credit because of out of stock but the unprofessional manner of the invoice, the items they don’t have is pulled dead with a pen. This invoice is accompanied by nothing else and still reflects my the full amount due. I am a supporter of Edgars and grew up with the brand but I strongly regret using your online services and wont recommend it for others. I please ask for your urgent assistance for my credit to be passed.
This company used my home loan account details to fraudulently open a mobi loan account. They deposited R200 into my account which I didn't apply for then they help themselves to debit orders for 4 months of which I didn't give them permission for. I have never in my life applied for a ridiculous amount of R200. 4 month of police statements, emails and phones calls. I opted to change their fraudulent details to settle the account before I get black listed of something I didn't do. Staff is rude when you call, put the phone down in your ear and send emails that the query has been taken care of just to find out at the end of the month they take more money.
