Very poor service and untrue advertising. I've been waiting 2 days already for payment after approval
Very disappointing experience. Their website advertises fast approval and money paid. They have clients attesting to that on their website. It's a lie though. The application process was very fast and I was approved quickly. I waited for the debit order mandate from 11pm and finally only got it 6am the next morning. I approved it by 6.30am and it's now 5:45pm and still nothing was paid into my account. So all this was done before bank cut offs etc and we were in bank hours and now are out of bank hours and nothing. Very pathetic and false advertising and promoting on their website.
ONLY INTERESTED IN THEIR OWN AGENDA AND WHAT GETS THEM PUBLICITY. REACHED OUT FOR HELP WITH SASSA SRD ISSUES. THEY BLEW ME OFF AND DIDNT BOTHER WITH ME AGAIN. ANOTHER ORG THAT DOES THINGS FOR THEMSELVES WITH THE ROUGE OF HELPING PEOPLE. WHAT HAVE THEY REALLY DONE FOR THE PEOPLE BESIDES WANTING TO SAY "BASIC IMCOME GRANT" ALL THE TIME. TOO MUCH NOISE TOO LITTLE SENSE AND ACTION
ALL THE STAFF AND OFFICIALS AT SASSA SHOULD BE FIRED. THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE PEOPLE OF SA. BEEN TRYING TO GET THE VERIFICATION FOR SRD SORTED SINCE JUNE. SENT HUNDREDS EMAILS. NOW MY EMAILS ARE BLOCKED AND IS UNDELIVERED. NO JOY FROM GOVERNMENT OFFICES WHO WANTS TO ***** THE MONEY.
The polo vivo is a piece of s**** metal car that costs a huge amount of money. In 2019 we bought a brand new polo vivo as recommended by barons n1 city. The car has been defective since day 1. The power port inside where you can charge your phone hadn't worked at all. I've had to replace my water pump and water bottle. I've replaced brakes 3 times already. I've replaced front tyres 3 times already and the last time my tyres only lasted 9 months. My light bulbs has been replaced twice. My window fuse has been replaced twice. My brakes has a shudder and this was reported to n1 city and they said there's nothing wrong. My front seat cover became worn and broken after 6 months. Now my safety belt light and abs light stays on and I've reported this to barons cape town who sorted it out but it still does the same thing. Stay away from polo vivo cars. Bad choice. It's money in the bin.
I app**** to have a new service activated on Tuesday 24th Dec. Zaiytoen in sales processed everything and told me to wait for a payment ref no. I still haven't received it. On a chat with Athabile Z for 1 hour already and now he tells me I can't get a ref no cos my tenant who moved needs to cancel her service first before I can have internet. So if she left the country I can't have internet installed. Why didn't sales tell me this before wasting 4 days of my time. Why does your chat agent waste an hour of my time before giving me answers. Damn ridiculous.
I have been having internet connection issues for the past 2 days and have called in a few times and still it's not working. What is wrong with this company, the call centre has the audacity to tell me they are not having issues
Discovery bank has the worst customer service, they do not respond to your requests, they do not action any of your requests. I've been waiting for them to dispute an unauthorised debit for 3 weeks now and nothing has been done. Complaints have been informed and not even they have done anything. What's the purpose of that department if they don't do anything about your complaint. Please shut this bank down.
