This Shoprite really keep their promise when it comes to rain cheque. When they were out of stock of 3kg Sugar for R50, they offered me rain cheque and promised to call as soon as stock is available. I think after 4days I got a call in the morning. I asked them to reserve for me the 3 I required. I got produced my rain check and I got my goods. When the basics are done right, perceptions can be improved.
I requested a review of my entire insurance policy given the current economic challenges. Tshepiso helped add items even though the line kept breaking twice on which she called back every time. Busisiwe Sithole closed the deal exceptional., These guys are seasoned agents, It feels like i was at a good therapy...
The service agent called Desire deserved a 5 star 🌟. 1. I called in at around 07h55 to book my car for service for that morning and they said come will make a plan. 2. I arrived at 8h30 and the reception including security guy was friendly. 3. I explained to Desire that i am got need the car by 12h30 instead of 15h00 due to late booking, she said she'll make plan. 4. I was out of there by 11h30 with a clean car and ready to start my holidays! One thing I noticed is that the staff work together like a well oiled machine, and there's a sense respect among colleagues.
If i didn't know better i would say Huawei Melrose were successful in ruining my daughter's Christmas gift(Repaired P30lite). Even after my countless calls and escalations to the call center with the first been from within the Huawei service on the center Melrose Arch 16Dec2022. I didn't received any feedback from Huawei Melrose at any point. I was assured by call center agent Bongiwe on 23 Dec 2022 around 20h30 when I called them and I was advised that my device has been repaired, so the i went to collect and to make a R199 payment. Guess what?: phone not repaired, Nasira from Melrose said I had to first accept quote, make payment then my phone will be attended. I was beyond disappointed, I was hurt. I didn't have it in me to be angry, I felt broken. I paid the R199 and Nasira offered a Huawei gift(umbrella)to give to my daughter. I was told the phone might be ready on 28th Dec. Please stop passing the customer around and involving them in the Company internal issues. I really feel the Melrose manager should have made a decision to have me pay the advitirsed price as per my consumer right in this country. I feel emotionally abused by this experience, taken for granted and hurt. Huawei please do better, we're in your corner !
Great service from the miway namely Rifiloe , Nhlanhla, Ntokozo(the sent one) and finally the big fish Buhle Nkuna. You guys made it easier to stay at Miway during this time of "Insurance Exodus". Lets soldier on for yet another year. Regards Marothi
