Honestly received the worst customer service from DHL. Sent a package for delivery on 8th of July 2024 to Namibia and it is yet to be delivered. Once we followed up asking why the package is has been in a "clearance event" status for 3 days, we were referred to a tracking agent to provide us with more information as to what is required. The agent also known as Violet, literally emails a generic email on the status of the package after being asked to provide detail as to what the issue is. Mind you, his generic emails are the same progress we can see on line which is "its with customs for clearance" again for the past 3 days. The package has been 7 days in a "clearance event" status. How pathetic! Violets job might as well become redundant since we can get the same update from the DHL website when you track a parcel. We have to date not been given a date as to when the package will be delivered. And Violet will only provide the same status update everyday for the last 3 days at 14:00. When will our package be delivered DHL?
The worst service ever I tried to make two appointments. I sent a message saying I had difficulty making a two bookings at the same time online and if they could assist. Literally responded a whole day later. It took so long, I just booked at another institution which I also sent a message. Didn't even take 5min. Totally pathetic.
This could possibly be the worse banks I have ever dealt with. I have been using their secure chat for assistance and I am being transfered from 1 person to another with no assistance whatsoever just wasted time. My account has been debited for something that I have cancelled and I have proof thereof but I am being told one the one side someone will contact me within 7 to 14 working days, others have told me that the premier accounts department should assist me immediately. I have had my account hacked before and it was easier for the hackers to get my money than for me to get my money back. I really need to change banks. Fnb has gone from bad to worse.
My order is more than 24hrs late and no one has made contact with me. I paid for my goods and they do not respond to any calls, emails or messages. This is a complete scam.
