On 24 July 2024, I contacted BM Mobile to come and install my water pump on my BMW E90 323i, The tech came and installed the water pump however they damaged my water pump plug which led to the water pump not fully functioning, I have reported the matter to the owner which was not helpful he refuses to deal with my case the call ended ugly where the owner was swearing at me with my mother`s private parts. I am an advocate of supporting black-owned businesses but to be treated with so much disrespect is uncalled for. I have since referred the matter to RMI for assistance since I could not be assisted by these people.
Firstly I want to express my disappointment about how I’ve been treated by AfricaBoyz Online I bought a water pump for my E90 on 20TH which I paid and send them the proof of payment they then confirmed receipt of payment on the 22nd the item was shipped to me on the 22nd I then received the item on the 23rd on the 24th the item was installed in the vehicle only to find out that the item is faulty it’s not working at al, I noticed AfricaBoyz immediately instead of them sympathise with me I was treated like a ***** where I was told I must send them a picture of the old and the new pump how because the pump is still in the vehicle, then I was told to get a report that shows the pump is faulty which I did I send them the screenshot oh no that’s not enough I must get a full report of the car which is going to cost me money who must pay for it? Now I’m sitting with the water pump in my car that’s not working getting someone to remove it it’s going to cost me money which Africaboyz isn’t bothered what should I do????
I was at Panarottis in Vaal Mall today I wanted lunch, firstly when I arrived I was welcomed by a friendly chubby young man who then allocated a table for me, however the table he allocated was marked which tells me I am not suppose to sit on that table due to social distance, however the guy didn't think about social distance at the time, I voluntary move to an unmarked table. Then we were served by a white lady who was wearing a black uniform which I assume she was the manager very friendly lady everything was going well until I received my pizza halfway through my meal I found rats dumping on my plate I alerted the lady she denied that it was rat dumping which upset me because I know what I saw I even took pictures any where she offered to make me another pizza which I was against it but she pleaded which I eventually accepted even though it was against my will guess what she made the second pizza which when I tried to eat it was raw. I'm so disappointed in the fact that my complaint was not resolved in the store after granting the restaurant a second chance to redeem themselves I left without having my lunch which is fine but my worry is rats carry a lots of diseases. I don't understand why would a reputable restaurant like Panarottis not ensuring that high level of safety when it comes to food and I have a good mandate to report this to the counselor to ensure you lose your food certificate for serving such disgusting food to your customers.
