NOW WHEN I EVENTUALLY GET EDWARD KIESWETTERS EMAIL SARS TELL ME IT WAS A LATE SUBMISSION I CAN TRY NEXT YEAR TO GET MY ADMIN PENALTY AND THE REST OF MY RETURNS BACK. NICE WHEN YOU HAVE A BIG SALARY AND PNSION AND MEDICAL .. THAT WE AS IDIOT TAXPAYERS PAY YOU? THEY ARE SO FAST IN TAKING YOUR VERY HARD EARNED MONEY BUT GOT SO MUCH EXCUSES EN TIME LINES 2 DAYS THEN 30 DAYS THEN 60 DAYS THEN 90 DAYS THEN FY ..YOU CAN TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY NEXT YEAR.. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH SARS TO ASSIST ME IN UPDATING MY EFILING CONTACT DETAILS FORA LONG TIME NOW. AS THE CELL AND EMAIL THATWAS USED DONT EXCIST ANYMORE. BUT INSTEAD THEY DESIDED TO TAKE MY PENSION MONEY OF R62743.60 AND ONLY MADE MIFA PAY ME R16199.75 AND STILL YOU CANT GET HOLD OF PPL WORKING THERE TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY TOOK MY MONEY..... POOOOOOOOOOOOOOR SERVICE BUT IN *****ING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THEY CAN DO VERY VERY FAST
This is now the second time they will not deliver my Rain package. The fist time the guys were so rude cause my proof of residence was on my phone so they made a big scene that it need to be printed.. so as we have no printer i asked my husband to print it at work.. spoke to a guy at the depot and i asked him will they be needing a copy of my id and his reply was no need they have to scan your original id card.. so today i had my proof of residence printed with my original id card..and these two arugant ***** told me that they said copy of my id and my proof of residence.. left without me getting my parcel.. sent emails called them and yet not one person can get back to me.. they are rude and unhelpful.. and just between you and me its just a sim that i already paid for in full...
WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE.. SUCH A DISCRACE TO PEOPLE THAT WORK VERY HARD FOR THEIR MONEY.. THEN WE HAVE TO FIGHT FOR OUR OWN MONEY.. EMAILS AND COMPLAINTS DONT EVEN GET READ.. I DO HOPE ONE OF THEM GET TO SEE THIS REVIEWS ABOUT THIS CURRUPT COMPANY.
Im complaining again about Telkom.... It seems to be the norm... Once again Telkom or somone in telkom can't do the work.. Payment went through on the 29th of July 2020... And still my account shows im R3072.14 in a rears? *** telkom... Please reconect my service and correct my account... Or i will be taking you to court....
Im so fed up with telkom..im trying to get hold of them since last week... We paid our account that was R2768.. They connected the wifi...witch means that they saw the payment... But then i ask for my invoice..and my invoice stands @R3863.20??? So how does things work @telkom..jou just rob customers because you have their banking details... And then this debit order that you put through on the 13th of each month..whats that all about???? Please go look at all the mails i send you.... I like to cancel everthing with you unethical currupt company and go to another service ..thank you... And need i say this contract works out to be a R1000 a mont..or thats what they tell you to get the sale.. But then the shock.. Telkom you are committing fraud... I want nothing to do with Telkom ever again... People stay away from telkom.. There are better service providers out there...Telkom is like the ANC...CURRUPT AND SKELM..... SIES
