After having a huge fight with Kia Silverlakes to fix a problem on a brand new car bought from them, Kia Alberton stepped in and assisted. They collected my car on the Friday and returned it the following Tuesday and the problem was fixed.
A week after buying a brand new car from them, I informed them that there was something wrong with the left indicator. It took them almost a month to get back to me after which they said I should take my car to another Kia which is closer because they can't send a driver to collect the car and they were not willing to stay open 15 minutes after closing time, for me to bring the car to them. I had to have the indicator fixed at another Kia.
Bought a second hand vehicle from them. They promised everything was in order and that the car was well looked after. Few months later, we took the car for a service. Quote comes back and everything that needs to be replaced amounts to R38 000!
Phoned to book a table. The lady said that we cannot book for 2 people. But there will be a table when we get there. When we got there, there was about an hour and a half waiting time. So how can you not book, but you have to wait an hour?
Had 2 missing items when the food arrived. Sent more than one email, asking for assistance in this matter. A week later and no reply
