Please make a zero rating because Eskom definitely doesn't deserve even a single star. About 3 weeks ago heavy rains destroyed a transformer in Tsakane. The transformer was hit by lighting resulting in most parts of Tsakane being without electricity. Eskom workers came to assess the damage & confirmed that indeed the damage was caused by lightning. The counsellor came & demanded that each household must pay R500 to fix the transformer. Now Eskom is going along with that chain of thought claiming that they hired independent contractors to fix it & the money will pay those people.
Wednesday I went to PnP Kempton squire at the parcel counter I was told to enter the shop with Avroy shlein products I had as they don't sell them. Today the security refused me entry into the shop claiming that they also sell Avroy products. I explained to him that 2 days ago I was told to go in with the products but he told me that he won't allow me to enter with them. I left very unsatisfied as I didn't know what to do as at the parcel counter they said I can go in but the security at the door is saying the opposite. Its been more than 10 years that I have been shopping at this store & I have never had any issues before until today.
I am not happy with the service and product that I got from Debonairs Benoni branch. Firstly it took more than 2 hours to get my order. The place kept extending the time for delivery. When the pizza arrived, which was supposed to be a large creamy chicken triple decker, it was disappointing. There were only 2 small pieces of chicken in some of the slices, others had no chicken at all. We ate the dough. I opened the slices and there was no chicken. It's not worth the money & time spent waiting.
The alarm can't be bypassed & it's been a week now since they said they will send someone to fix it. They don't call to give feedback on why the person didn't arrive on the scheduled time. My alarm goes off at any moment. Very poor service they are providing and it's disappointing after so many years with the company.
PNP Kempton squire service sucks. The guy at the bakery is very rude. I politely asked him for a packet of rolls he gave me squished unfresh rolls. I asked him to pls exchange it. He told me they are all the same. I showed him the squashed rolls he grabbed the pack, gave me a fresh one but refused to put the price. I had to leave them at the till
I have a 3 years contract with mtn. The contract is now in its 2nd year. Mtn increased my monthly premiums yet the service has deteriorated. Poor network coverage and whenever I check my balance I have to do it more than once as it always gives me the wrong information. I have been with mtn for more than 14 years & have never had any problems till now. Why increase premiums in the middle of a contract? I didn't sign up for that. I should be having fixed premiums. The least they can do is improve the services to match the premium increase
I bought a few items at Pep Tsakane ex 12 branch. The cashier was very friendly & helpful. She made my shopping experience very enjoyable
Yesterday I bought fried chips from checkers in Norkem Park. They were dry & very hard. They had a bad taste of used oil.
Clicks Tsakane mall doesn't deserve a star at all. The service of the security guard sucks. I went to buy baby food at the door I produced my slip & the security instead of checking my items he took a slip from 2 other customers behind me. I asked if the beeper works & he said yes. I went out he followed me & caused a scene for me & my baby. He pushed me & my baby & at that moment I became angry as I asked him if I stole anything from the shop. That guy really needs training. He left his post by the door to follow me outside the shop when he had my slip with him. I told him not to cause a scene for me & my baby but he wouldn't listen. I have always enjoyed my shopping at that store until that guy spoilt it for me & my baby
I was at Pep Tsakane mall branch to collect my laybye. The service was horrible beyond words. I was made to wait more than 45minutes without anything being said to me regarding my laybye. I had to go several times to the cashier to enquire what the delay was about & never got any response instead she had a stern face. I finally put my foot down and that was when she went with a long face to get my laybye and it took less than 5 mins. I arrived at the shop as they opened their doors at 9:00. I left at 10:05
