The parcel has been left in the North Bay for 3 days without pickup. No-one answering their telephones. Switch board not responding or ending the calls. Voice operating service....track parcel online only to see....parcel is still there, or beter ask to speak to a consultant....will get back to you withon 120 min, three days later still waiting.
Never used this service but more than 9 transactions from my account. *****
Cell C Kolonnade. My phone is due for an upgrade. Asked the saleswoman regarding compatibility. She asked the branch/store manager. His reply: all Samsung phones are compatible. When I said, that not to be true and that one should not assume....he said, Inam not assuming. He also said that one can not expect them to know everything about all the products. As a client, yes I can expect exactly that. Very disappointed.
I am very disappointed in the service or lack of service from Teljoy. I emailed them more than once regarding a settlement letter. They did not reply. One can not reach them via the telephone either. It is of no use calling or emailing the customercare@teljoy.co.za or nlanga@teljoy.co.za
Good day, I am at a loss for words. This company advertise the sale of facial masks. We ordered and paid the money immediately. This being 3 weeks and still no masks. They eventually answered messages (from different numbers as they have blocked our own numbers). Their response being they will refund me the money. This being money that my mother (a pensioner) paid. When asking about this, we received rude voice recordings. Not only yelling over the phone but getting very personal saying I should drink "chill pills". She also made comments about me getting my underwear into a knot. This has been the worst experience I have every had.
