The service at Auto Alpina Springs is.... Wow. This is actually the perfect place if you looking for a place to dump money. Apparently they deal with premium brands but there is nothing premium about their service. Car went in with a fault 2 weeks later the same fault with the same simptoms comes back. Took it back... I guess there is no warranty on their work because I was slapped with a new quote and apparently I didn't mention anything about the fault but funny part of the story it's on the job card... What happened to do it rite first time? Anyway after the 1st, 2nd quote to fix a problem that was not fixed initially. The classic go away quote came lol now it's a entire cylinder that is faulty and someone worked on the car... 😌 Report? Nix, nothing to support all of this just to prove it's all thumb sucking and no diagnosis.
Wow.... Arrogant and undermining to say the least. Never ever join Edgars it's a **** and the customer service is like they are the only company that provides whatever they call what they are doing. This company will dig you up from their data base after years of closing their account and send you a membership statement of account and to prove that they don't even wait for your consent nor ask for it when my mother requested to cancel the membership and the lady we spoke to said she will first check if she gave consent this is a recurring issue with Edgars and I find it undermining and disrespectful. How do you rob and **** customers that you want to service? This is totally ********* EDGARS!!! Where is the ETHICS? Is this how we conduct business? Wow! I can just imagine how many people you are doing this to and getting away with it. People are better off using vendors than you!
I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance in my experience I have never spoken to such a well spoken person who actually listens to the customer and tries their best to meet their challenges… I was ready to cancel some of my policies with my way due to financial challenges but Mr. Madihlaba did not give me the opportunity to do that as he gave me a offer I could not refuse. I would give Mr Madihlaba a 5 star rating because he honestly knows how to treat his customers and his ability to understand his customers isn’t something you can come across any day. MiWay is being represented well here!
Golden walk is more like shopping in the most dangerous areas you could imagine the place is so hazardous that you can break your bones by just walking in the shopping complex. Their tiles are slippery and the management has no intention to fix this problem as they have had multiple incidents of people falling and having broken and fractured bones. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to make use of this place as the management does not care about its customers and you would probably get better care shopping in the streets and buying from the vendors. Ever since the incident at this place there has never been a day where a follow up of health and recovery has been done.
This is a excuse of a financial advisor never let these people have your money for any reason! They don’t know what is a client and how important it is to communicate with a client. You might as well put your money under the bed I can’t believe the mediocrity of not making a simple call and consult with a client before you transfer funds to the wrong people now you make your mess my problem. I would never advise anyone to let this institution advice with financial issues maybe if you want to run a circus they can help and excel.
I was called by Cartrack’s client services about a dispute I had with them and I’m happy with the outcome as the issue was resolved and now I’m a happy client again. Unfortunately I forgot the person who assisted me but all I can say this is what keeps clients happy and she deserves some recognition.
Scandalous liars who know nothing about customer service promise to give feed back and never do so as long as they taking money from you they don’t care about the level of service they give to their customers. Extremely disappointed in this service provider.
