Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this email with a very heavy heart regarding the service I have received from NTT Jan Smuts. Last month, I purchased a pre-owned 2023 Kona and paid for it in cash. Due to outstanding penalties from my previous vehicle, I was advised that if I settled those penalties, the dealership would be able to extract the vehicle disc on my behalf. To my surprise, I have now been informed that they are unable to assist with this process, even though I have already paid the penalties as advised. Furthermore, the consultant I spoke to delivered my vehicle documents without the disc and without any communication or clear guidance on the way forward. I would therefore like to request advice on how I can obtain a refund for the administration, as the service agreed upon was not fully completed as per our agreement. KFC SANDTON CITY bad service . I’m so disappointed with their service honestly Pamela and Ntokozo are playing with the system to suit their friends needs which I’m not sure what they getting in return. There’s a generated numbers by the system but they finish all numbers and assist people who are behind 1st and when you ask how it works, they laugh and speak in their language towards each other. Your number shows on collect order they tell u no number is working you must rejoin a queue that has too many people that came after you. And spent an hour just to get my order. Only to receive cold food and have pictures of what was served on the day
I need assistance bought one of ur takkies but now it looks out of colour and for the price that I paid it’s unfair on me. Please advise on what I can do. Still new bought it in December 2024 late
It’s sad because we have spent a lot of money on the tombstone and now they don’t even wanna fix what they missed when installing the stone. They keep on saying they will fix it when they go to slovo cemetery it’s been now over a year approaching two and still not resolved please help
im very disappointed honestly you guys have ruined my mirrors they both scratched and now makes it difficult to view. Nooooo this is unfair with the issue the car was there for not resolved . yet i paid so much to not receive any service
budget I'm soooo disappointed at the service i got from you. The proline auto did not attend to the matter on hand for the car and my side mirrows are damaged scratched . when i observe the sun hit those scratch and makes it difficult to view the other side. My aircon is still not fixed yet claim was not approved due to access issues but now i have been ********** my money and still did not get this sorted
I find this unfair that your consultance are sharing wrong links and one end up paying for others and you remain disconnected due to their own error . its wrong honestly . now ill be disconnected due to your staff sharing wrong info Last month i paid twice and still waiting for a refund . the consultant last month was an i don't care person and now again im paying for another person and no one is checking or giving feedback this is completely unacceptable
that's the most ridiculous insurance omw . i had an issue with the car and they towed it to sandton panel beaters and no on knows why it was sent there . bit they organized for it to be towed I'm not happy at all
requested a ride from rivonia to soweto card payment driver was rude from pickup point though out the journey almost got squeezed by a petrol truck due to bad driving. We asked him to end trip because he shouting and driving **** . 140 going up we kept on asking him to slow down or cancel trip bt no he raised a volume and pretended that he didnt hear us . we use bolt to be safe not to be abused by your drivers .its festive season. Safety comes 1st. Zulu speaking guy by the name of Greatman. Pls be in look out for this driver he is rude
the service in assisting with resolving a problem with a dealership you the best Mr Hoosen. Im happy even when nissan Krugersdorp is still dragging their feet .weather clam rejected or approved but you the best
