Poor service again
Really pathetic service. My internet is down I never had a account or invoice with metrofibre. Now suddenly it is down without any notification. I worked for Metrofibre I asked for confirmation no one is answering me. My nr 0604562383. I want to know why my internet is down. No comment no one came back to me. No wonder people is complaining. Metro better phone me urgent

Poor service and no help

And again the same story my id is unclear or do not match my face. Take not I am 13 years older now so please there is alot of people struggling see the reviews. Do something about it I just need to cash out R800 nothing much and ot os still a problem. This Fica is shot we do not ask you for your details when we pay money in.
