How do you 'fail' a blood pressure test with 130/78 ? Stop moving the carrot. Ridiculous
Check-in took forever. Room was not ready. Had to wait more than an hour. Only one lift was operational so to get to your room was another 15 minutes. Was woken up by building crew at 07h00 waterproofing, etc, etc. Just a very sub standard experience. Seriously needs a major overhaul. Staff and buildings.

Since moving from 22/7 it just became very unstable and totally unreliable. Takes forever to resolve a very simple query.
Shocking refunding experience. Now in month3 and still not resolved. All works well if you pay off course.
Takes them weeks to resolve a very simple error. And it was something that worked. Still wrong.
Pathetic system for check-in at Cape Town. Don't know how they got best airline. The rest must really be horrible
