DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND: If I could give 0 out of 5, I would have.... Bought Laptop 8 May 2023 - 1 year warranty. They have decided its expired because more than 6 months passed between them shipping to dealer & dealer selling it to me. Opened numerous cases to have warranty sorted out but just get the same generic stock letter telling me to reach out to SDM or my Channel Representative without enlightening as to who they are or how I can contact them. I'm also told in future not to reach out them with such an issue. DISGUSTING SERVICE! CAE NUMBERS 2015477872/2015664112/2015695406.
Constant, unsolicited smses. They have terrible reviews but instead of sorting out dissatisfied customers, they worry uninterested people. LEAVE ME ALONE!
You try to apply for jobs here but they never upload your CV so that you can apply. You report this issue to them repeatedly but they don't bother to resolve it. You email them but they don't reply. Highly unprofessional. Dont waste your time here!
This job portal advertises positions on LinkedIn & Indeed which are supposed to be 2 of the 2 more reputable places to seek work. Before you can apply for a job you have to submit your CV. Fine - not a problem except they never load your CV & get back to you. At the same time, they are happy to send you emails with positions that you are unable to apply for. I have reached out to them 3 times through the contact us link on their portal over the last 2 & a half weeks so that they can address this problem. No reply or resolution from them. I emailed them this week via the Durban email link as well. No reply either! I would advise companies looking for applicants to rather engage with other recruiting sites as there is a problem with the portal. Futhermore, they clearly lack the initiative to sort out problems or reply to complaints or emails. This denotes a lack of professionalism in the the service they provide. I hope they address this problem. I think it's a pity that one has to resort to social media to resolve problems. I'm doing them a favour by emailing them & contacting them to highlight a problem. They should return the favour by responding back & they should serve their clients better by resolving the problem in order to widen the applicant base.
SCAM ALERT!!! I believe Inter Checks SA to be working hand in hand with at least 2 "Recruitment Agencies" EXECUTIVE DIRECT STAFFING SOLUTIONS (EDDS) and EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT NETWORK. Internet checks for these 2 agencies existence in SA doesn't not yield any results although their email addresses for you to send your results end in co.za. So neither exists!!! Both agencies do exist overseas (stealing an overseas agency's ID to show up in a google search is a common trick used by fake recruiters.) Interchecks once again does exist overseas. HOW IT WORKS: You will apply for a job. Within hours, you will get a reply telling you that you have the job (no interview???) but have to pay for background checks & that it cannot be deducted from your salary. They recommend Interchecks & even provide links & contact details. If you google INTERCHECKS website for a SA foot print, it is decent looking & so you might be fooled. I was almost fooled. What comes up first on Google is their offer to EDDS applicants. This appears before their "official" website which is second in a Google search. They even offer a 50 % discount for applicants from these agencies. They get out of you: * R320 *Identity no & home address to use for fraud. Whilst the email from the recruiter says to send your results to an email address ending in co.za, the email was sent from a gmail account.
Scam!!! See Interchecks review for more info.

At the best - useless! Worst case scenario - probably a scam.
SCAM!!! They send you application forms to fill in concerning a job you applied for. You have to fax back to an 086 number which is an expensive premium rate fax number & that's how they make their money. There is no job. It's known as an 086 scam.
