I bought 2 items on Aliexpress on 27 January and iMile called me regarding to payment of R1017,45 and R902,2 which I don't have they said they'll cancel it and return the package to Aliexpress our agreement is to return the packages to Aliexpress iMile is still Holding the package 📦 for what I don't know coz I want Aliexpress to refund me 3771049672043 and 3771049672038 iMile massage says pay within 10 days or the package will return please 🙏 returned them to Aliexpress since January you still holding them
Since I wrote my complain about old mutual they didn't bother to reply or call you left me with no choice but canceling another policy and I want my money back because i didn't claim it people are complaining about old mutual if someone passed away they don't pay you old mutual are giving me the benefit of doubts 😔 poor customer service you are ****med customers masepa

On 24 December I purchased R1,090.00 at checkers mall of Africa unfortunately I was unable to use the voucher I emailed mobicred to reverse the the money there didn't bother to respond on 11 January I tried to call mobicred one of consult he said I must wait 7days on 23 I did called them again there said 14days on 5 February 2024 I called again I spoke to someone he hung up the phone I called again someone lady said I must call checkers which I did and the lady from checkers sent them email and they respond some lady called me yesterday asking me my ID number. today the lady from checkers called she said I must call mobicred to ask them to call checkers for approval when I call mobicred they guy told me is not simple and he doesn't know what to do about my matter this is a poor customer service mobicred this is how mobicred treats customer poor customer service coz they don't want to reverse the money into my credit card 😞
