I've lodged a complaint about the annual increase and excess increase 2 weeks the response is got is someone will call me. I've still waiting for a call really naked are we just a number to you guys or don't you care about us or is it going to be Ai generated again.
I've contacted naked insurance today with regards to my premium increase the lady advised me she will look into it and the increase is Ai generated really a premium increase of almost 50% and also my excess increased. This is not on. I'M not a happy customer.

I spoke to a gentleman by imandla last week Tuesday in the claims department. He advised me my claim has been approved and I will be refunded.up until today I have not received my refund. I even emailed him on Friday no response today which is the 03/03/2025 I emailed him in the morning no response again in the afternoon no response pathetic service he does not respond to your msgs.
I've submitted all my documents to imandla in the claims department he doesn't even send you a email back stating he has received it.i called 4 times this week asking for him and he must call me back.ive send him emails no response is this how you treat your clients. Pathetic.
I spoke to a lady a few minutes ago regarding my claim she put me on hold for 20min and im calling from a cell phone really guys you think money grows on trees.

I recently reported a ***** case over a month ago i spoke to a lady on Friday she said Busiwe from the ***** department is dealing with my case I have not heard nothing about it wost service ever from capitec Bank i can't trust capitec with my money if this is the service they provide.
