I purchased a new car over a year ago and have been trying to get the Do Not Tow/Emergency stickers for my car ever since. When you are in an emergency situation, you need the numbers available. Your personal safety does not seem to be important to the Discover Insure team,
I would like to send a big shout-out to the Milady's Cresta team, in particular, Tlangeli. I am undergoing medical treatment and was unable to travel to another store to buy the size of jeans I needed. Tlangeli arranged the jeans with such a quick turnaround and called immediately to let me know they had arrived. Thank you for making my journey a whole lot easier. Regards, Christine
This company is by far the most ********* one I have dealt with. The constant bombardment of mail in my mailbox is very frustrating. There is no option to unsubscribe from their mailing list and the email addresses provided return your message as "undeliverable". This frustration is exacerbated by my initial request for them to update their mailing list, being a telephonic request. This behaviour is both against the POPI Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
I would like to commend Leandi Schoonees on the warmth, care, and support that goes way beyond simply providing a service.
A professional, caring team that was absolutely phenomenal throughout the whole claims process. I would highly recommend the benefit to all ladies.

It is a pleasure to shop at the Cresta store. The team are consistently friendly and helpful. I would like to make special mention of a gentleman named Mohau. Mohau was persistent in his search to find the pair of shoes I required required and then took service to a new level by offering to collect the shoes personally as I was unable to. I was kept updated and advised when the shoes arrived in store, ready for collection; "they are in my hands". To Mohau, thank you for the most amazing service.
My recent experience of being left stranded when my vehicle broke down was made far less unpleasant and stressful by the sterling service I received from Willie Scholtz from Discovery and Dean from the Blue Merge recovery service. I felt that I was in good hands from the time I placed the call and was kept up to date with progress. Thank you and keep up the good work :)
