Avis Amanzimtoti refuse to send my refund
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Avis Car Hire Amanzimtoti. I am STILL waiting for my refund of R19,000 since April 2024, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. I have contacted their customer service team numerous times via email/phone/in-person, but each time, I am met with empty promises and no action. This level of service is unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation. The delay has caused me significant financial stress and inconvenience. I trusted Avis for their professionalism, but this experience has completely shattered my confidence in their services. I urge Avis Amanzimtoti to take immediate action to resolve this matter and process my refund without further delay. I would not recommend their services to anyone until they improve their customer service and accountability.

Excellent customer service and very professional. They handled a small error on my policy for my car insurance. They are very quick, friendly, and very enthusiastic on the call. They also offered to call me back which is so great! Keep it up!

Fresh cuisine with beautiful presentations. Beautiful view of the harbor. Cooked with attention to detail and full of flavor. Among the starters, creamy shellfish orzo is a must-try, and roast duck breast is mouth-watering among the mains. If you have a sweet tooth, then you would have a hard time picking one from the dessert menu, as all of the dessert dishes are an absolute delight.
