I am beyond disappointed with Car Service City Sandton. I took my car in for a routine service while it was in perfect working condition. There were no issues at all before the service. After collecting it, I immediately started experiencing serious problems — the engine began overheating, and suddenly there were radiator issues that never existed prior to them touching my car. What was supposed to be a straightforward service has now left me with major engine damage and unnecessary stress. I trusted them with a well-maintained vehicle, only to get it back worse than ever. Their lack of accountability and care is unacceptable. If you value your car, your money, and your peace of mind, avoid this branch completely. They turn a simple service into an expensive disaster.
bought tickets from TicketPro for the Keyshia Cole concert, which was cancelled. It’s been over 3 months and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve emailed and followed up several times with no feedback or response from anyone. This is unacceptable. I want my money refunded immediately. The lack of communication and delay is extremely unprofessional. TicketPro, please sort this out urgently!

I am writing this review after numerous calls and emails to get my tickets transfered and seats allocated to each other after I was also confronted the Keyshia cole concert is a week away and I have no confirmation or successful response to my query can someone other than contact me to sort this out every time I call them I am told the managers are in a meeting the consultants harress us and do not even attempt to resolve or find a suitable solution
not only have i been harassed by the collections company for the last year and a half i have been struggling to get this matter resolved i have been debited by vodacom after cancelling my contract with you over a year ago my reference number is 1-35860061082483 i called the contact center and spoke to shevon on 11/10/2022 and i was advised that i will not pay the outstanding fee because it was an error on vodacom paym/ent side i will take this matter up to the ombudsman i will take this matter to social media you do not know anything about TCF i am upset and expect someone to contact me!!
For the last 3 months I've been calling trying to cancel my contract and today after numerous calls I got through to 2 consults that confirmed I need to put in a notice to cancel my contract but when I tried to do that 2 months ago they did not pick up any of my Information as they had a new system I have been paying for a cellphone that was due for cancelation 2months ago plus I have an extra R258 due this month with no explanation I want this contract canceled from 2 July asper my contract date and I want my refund I have been calling trying to get this canceled
I do understand that we are all going through a pandemic but your services has always been pathethic your sales guys are quick to call get new business but no follow ups and customer service sucks your consultant have the audacity to tell us nonsense and than refer us to a Branch after transfering us from pillar to post I need someone to call me regarding my contract
