Their campaign to get R6000 of advertising "free" is very misleading. Only after creating an ad, and spending over R800 (they debit your account) I realized you have to SPEND R6000 to get your "free" R6000. Shame on you, Google. That's an underhanded tactic. Plus I only got one click in the 6 days the promo ran- so over R800 for only one click- that's pathetic advertising. I'd like a refund, please.
I've been waiting 4 months for any movement on my claim. I contact two emails, scclientcare, and salameb, 5 times each in the month since Dec, and twice telephonically. and ALL I keep getting is "well it's in process". This is unacceptable. Four months for a claim that should have taken a month?
What a joke. Ive been sitting in this branch (florida, roodepoort) for 35 minutes and no clients have been helped! Not one. There is only 1 consultant visible, she has been helping the same client since I walked in. It is 27Dec at 13:30 now. Look at your cctv footage and you will see I'm not exaggerating. Last week when requesting a new card it was the same.. took me 33 minutes to get to a consultant with only 2 other clients in the bank. Pathetic. I waste my life in fnb branches. Why make a pretty branch with expensive fixtures just to make us sick with frustration and lack of service. The banner in the branch says "Here, youre first". What nonsense. It should say "Here, you wait. And you will tolerate it cos u need us" I called thr manager now and she says sorry, everyone is on leave and there's nothing she can do.. Really? What are managers there for, then? I'm out of time now, and will have to return again. Sray tuned for the next episode of "The slow and the dubious".
I was concerned about the many negative reviews but they've clearly got their act together.. or have new management. My experience was flawless- from the first WhatsApp message to the special arrangement for me to collect my print after hours. I'm printing with these guys from now on.
I bought the ET260 wireless sport headphones and they were not functional for use in exercise. The earhooks don't keep the earphones in place effectively, and the wire with mic runs in front of the body thus slaps around during exercise. I tried it for hiit and while running and the headphones simply do not stay in place properly. When querying with Astrum, they said they cannot take the headphones back. I challenged them to try the headphones on themselves at the office to see what I mean. They sent me a video of one of the blue collar workers jumping around with the earphones on. When I enquired as to whether the earhooks actually keep the earphones in the ear or just hanging on to the earlobes, they did not respond. They also did not respond to my remark about the wires getting in the way of training. They simply reiterated that they will not help with a credit on the item. This product is not suitable for general sports use as the manufacturer claims.
