The shop in Melville has no customer services. 10:30am I was there and wanted to order food, the lady told me there is nothing ready yet I need to come back in 20min. Waited for the 30min and went back to place my order, I was then told there is no bread. With no apologies. Poor service!
V+ Rewards call centre agents are the worst. I spoke to 3 different people, that promised my lost card will be link to my new one and my rewards would carry over. I done a balance check and could view it and used it for fuel but just to find out by the attendant that it was still not link after a week of phoning, the last person said she will call back, 2 weeks later I am still waiting. I hope the call center team leader, supervisor, manager look it to this matter. Your agents need more telephone training.
There customer services is pethetic, we seen an item we wanted on their website and it was only available at the boksburg branch. we called 3 times to confirm stock of the item we wanted but no one answered. We waited for 15min before we where told that the item was not available. No one apologized we where rather told the ladies at the front desk answer the calls.
This has to be the worst customer care service I have recieved ever. I visited picknpay Brixton earlier today 21.09.2020. I needed to sort out my tymebank card as it was blocked. I waited 20min at tymebank machine 003-060 as both tymebank agents took their lunch break at the same time. They returned without apologizing, and told me to call the contact center for assistance regarding my query. I asked if could just rather get a new card and they advised they dont have new cards and that I need to drive to Auckland park. I eventually 0860999119 called the customer care number and ended the call after being on hold for 10min. If it means you must increase your bank charges to improve your customer service then so be it. There is nothing worse than really terrible customer service. I wont be using Tymebank again
I googled searched the branches and contact details for Fair Price stores in Gauteng. On google all the branches are open but not one branch answers their telephone. This is ridiculous customer service as Fair Price does not display pricing on their website and advices to contact a branch for a product price.
