18 February 2020 i applied internet for my home, they responded to and confirmed that they have coverage in my area. they came and installed the WIFI and paid connection fee. Booom! after installing the network connection was very poor i and called them they did sent a techinician to come to my house and check it. ever since they installed the connection was poor or without connection at all. after numerous whatsapp and calls to solidhope nothing was resolved. lastly i called them to come and take the device because it was not working of which they never did. i stopped paying them because the was no service they were providing. in 2022 i received sms from Landau attorneys saying i owe R9800 to solidhope. i did send the attorneys whatsapp chats between me and solidhope about whereby the conversation was about nonfunctional WIFI. the attorneys disputed the whatsapp chat saying they need email from me to Solidhope i told the attorneys that my communication between myself and solid was the whatsapp as they were using it to communicate with its clients. now the attorneys are harassing me daily about this account. now i have WIFI with screamer which is very good .
I lost my phone on the phone 27th July 2021 after lodging a claim with king price my claim was sorted so quickly I was not expecting the great service all thanks to Sello Xaba and Lee Chane Swanepoel your service is awesome no amount of words can explain how I feel. My lost device is replaced. When I was doing the claim I was uncertain if it could be replaced. I was treated like a princess as if I'm the only client of king price. Now I want to insure my home content with king price. Please keep the good work king price your best.

I made a claim for my late dad who had a funeral cover with them and he never missed his premiums. When he passed away I submitted a claim and when I do follow up Zodwa from freedom life funeral cover she is so rude and she kept saying claim is being processed I had to borrow money for funeral. To my surprise they are under written by old mutual. I read other people's reviews they don't pay claims. Why are we paying for funeral cover which will be there when we need it. Their service is very low and they are scamming people.
Worse service ever. I wished i read the reviews before taking med aid for my dad. They dont care about people the name should be changed to best problem medical aid. I took med aid and i was not aware of other chronic conditions he has. He was on med aid from 1984 until 2 feb 2019 when he resigns due to ill health. After joining he had heart attack and we took him to medforum and he was admitted in ICU and later transferred to heart hospital. Med aid declined every claim from R200. I called bestmed Jolanda from bestmed authorisation asked me if my dad was sick for the last 12 months of which he was not. She asked me to send affidavit i did. She requested clinical treatment report for the last years the dr did send. And hospitalization was declined. On the 11 may 2020 he had stroke admitted in ZAH the claim was declined. Now he cant talk and he cant remember anything. The hospital want dad to make arrangements he cannot afford to pay bills and he is very sick and unable to speak over the phone. Thanks for the bad service and hardship from bestmed. I would not recommend it to anyone rather join medical aid that will aid you when you need it. Poor service at its best.
