Excellent service from TWT Emalahleni
Celimpilo Mtshali from TWT Emalahleni, thank you for your outstanding service. I had two TPS sensors replaced, it was done immediately and didn't cost me a cent. Celimpilo made sure the sensors were working correctly and he reset the error code on the Dash. They also checked my vehicle front to back, including the Battery. You have a customer for life. Thank you

Excellent service from Jason and Werner from Vermont Sales
I contacted Tork Craft Yesterday in connection with a faulty Battery Charger on my Impact Tool, Jason from Vermont Sales Testing Centre contacted me within one hour after I submitted my quire and arranged for a replacement charger. It is not even 24hrs later and I just received my replacement charger free of charge. To Jason and Werner from VSTC, excellent service guys.

Beware of VHI
Beware of this company, they make all kinds of promises when you buy in, that never materializes. There is an honorary membership fee that kick in after the two-year contract period and is paid over a period of another ten years that is somewhere in the fine print and not disclosed when the holiday plan is sold to you. The binding contract is not signed by their representatives, only first names are filled in for the manager and the agent by the salesperson. If you decide to cancel, there is a cancellation fee charged. Stay away!

Astronomic Courier charges.
The Courier Guy charged me R615 to courier a Bike Tyre from Midrand to Witbank, i.e 120km. The original quote was R160, they weighed the tyre, 5.45kg but worked on a volumetric weight of 14.52 kg. I will never ever make use of these people again and I would like to warn everyone out there to think twice before you make use of this service.
