These are ******, bought a new product, only to be send a used one and you will spent lots of meoney trying to call them and they keep lying to you. They trade as Alva, Slservices. Buy at your own risk of lossing your money

They Dont pay claims, Take ages to respond
Some useless insurance company, walk away if you are looking for insurance cover. They took ages to respond to a storm damage claim. With the rains the roof and ceiling damage became progressive, and when they eventually come, they declined it because it wasnt due to a single storm event. What hogwash. They just increase the premiums as they wish, multiple times between anniversary periods. Run for your life

Unfulfilled order
I ordered a TV in black friday week, with delivery scheduled for 9 November. The only thing i got is an inovice email. No other communication has been made since. All calls are handled by an answering machine after making you wait on the fone in a call centre queau for many minutes, only to be directes to leave a message. Emails remain unansweres, while the whatssapp line, the just ask you what help yu need and ignore you after you indicate you are trying to track an order This is terrible service, i am now wondering if inwont lose my mobey here
