I purchased two printers and paid in full. I was notified that the printers were out of stock and that I would receive a reversal on my credit card. One month later, they have still not paid me back. I will stay away from Bobshop and not recommend them to anyone.
Great ****. I think we must hold the payment portal accountable as well. How can they empower such a ****?

This must be one of the worst experiences I ever had with a PC. It took Ensure 8 days to give me a quote to fix a R24k for R44k. I tried to communicate a few times with no luck. If I ever have to work with them again, I would rather throw away the notebook. They have also treated my driver with absolute rudeness.
I placed 2 orders and tried to contact them regarding the orders. I have phoned, emailed and even tried to cancel through payfast (the payment gateway). Maybe this was not a scam website, but it is one now.
