Have a problem with the wire less charger in our Grand Vitara GLS. Has never worked. Been to the dealership five times, sat with the DP, Sent four emails, not one response. What more must one do to get this item sorted out 😡
Bought a bran new Sealy king mattress from dial a bed. After ten day it started sagging. Reported it to dail a bed. They were efficient and had Sealy inspector visit. He said it was normal a we should read the warranty 😡. Well now after a couple of months it is no better, you either sleep in the valley or on the hill 😂😢. That’s if one can get any sleep at all. Reported again to dial a bed and they claimed that Sealy would send another inspector out. That is now over a month ago and NOTHING. It appears Sealy couldn’t care less about their X customers.
Everything was done in time on time. Very pleasant
Upgraded data on 2nd May, received new sim 4th May. Can’t get MTN to connect new data with new sim. Sent 18 e mails, they only acknowledged 2, and requested certain details, which was given to them. And to date still nothing. They just appear not to be interested.
