Bad Customer service from the Customer Care Team. It has been over 4 weeks since I reported a defective top of the range running shoe purchased online and I have been getting the same message over and over again that they will get back to me. My race is in 2 weeks time and I cant afford to buy another running shoe after I spent so much money already.
We are looking for Charl Theron and his brother Andre, the owners of Ultek Computers. They seemingly have disappeared in thin air and our company had just paid them over R70,000.00 for a purchase in December 2024 that they did not deliver, and we have been looking for them for the past 5 months and tracing agents can't find them anywhere. Anyone with information of their whereabouts?
Bad experience with Fruugo, be warned. I did not get my parcel and after numerous inquiries they finally said they cant locate it and its been over 7 months and there is nothing that they can do! Thats it!
Bad Experience with online shopping at Sanitaryware Centre, due to waht thet called "an error in pricing" pricing a kitchen sink. I paid for a double basin sink based on the picture provided and order was confirmed as such. Later I got an email that was asking me what I intended to buy as they have identified an error in pricing and asking if I wanted a single basin sink? I clearly bought a double basin and when I confirmed as such for them to honor the order, they refused but were quick to offer refund. Talk about convenient "mistake" to lure unsuspecting shoppers. Take extra care when shopping at Sanitaryware Centre to avoid disappointment and waste of time. Will report same to relevant ombudsman.
I purchased for the first time with Geewiz and my parcel was picked up in JHB on 19th May 2020. Received in DBN on 20th and its been a roller coast ride since then! Its said to be onboard the courier vehicle since 21st, then back to Depot, then on-board! Needless to say that today, the 29th I still have not received the parcel, which has been onboard the Courier Vehicle since 27th. No reasons given!!
