I've been very happy with the service until today where I have to update my banking details and it's been 5 hours now and I cannot get a hold of them. Please call me I need to update my details Ana make payment
I ordered for from Africaz chicken through uber eats, firstly the order took 1hr and 45 minutes and after receiving the order it was extremely cold and the chips were so dry and horrible , and the wrong order was delivered, because the food had been waiting at the store and the urber guy was no where to be found. And worse after he delivered my food he then deleted the order so I'm unable to rate or complain on the order and now the store can't even pick up the order on their system. What a horrible experience.

I ordered their special for two fitness watch In January and received my order on the 09 March which to my dissappointment one watch worked and the other one did not and advised the company that immediately after 24 hours that the watch is not working nor charging, they made me take a video showing them its not working which I did and sent, was promised a reply and help within 3-4 that was a week ago. I'm so angry because it wasnt even seven days which is the normal out of box process. It was only 24 hours and I have to go through so many hoops just to get a replacement or a refund for the watch I've already paid for and what's more annoying is that you can't even speak to a human only email and whatsup which leads me to think that I'm now being scammed for my money
I have tried numerous times to call ur department till this day I have not been assisted. I have a cell insurance with you guys I have claimed once and received a new phone a P30 lite but for some reason that was never updated on my insurance as now i want to claim again and I'm not even able to reach you. Spoke to a lady who promised to get back to me that was over a month ago. So now I'm fed up with finrite and telkom. If I can not be assisted I want this insurance canceled because it's useless to me. I expect to get feedback from you. My number is 0813857194
My mum has a policy with avbob and for a while I've been assisting her with canceling a debit order on her policy from October until now but they are still doing a debit order even after the request. During a time like this she can't risk going in to your office because of the pandemic but with the lack of help that shes receiving.
After posting a review I expected a call from telkom to try and resolve my problem but till this day there has been no feedback from them. Their customer service sucks.
Went to the bridge city telkom direct store to take up the 40gb 40gb October big deal on the 30th October only to find that the lady assisting me did not add the correct contract coz on my app on the first only showed 20g 20g and not the promotional deal had to go back to store, such an inconvenience spoke to a manager there and requested them to change my contract , went on the 01st bt now I'm even more worried coz on my app it's only showing 60gb broken into 3. 20gb Lte/ltea data, night surfer 20gb and a 20gb inclusive data I do not thing they added a correct one still I'm so worried as it's a 24 months contract and I will be stuck with something I dnt understand and cnt go to the store as incompetent and u knowledgeable staff will change my contract to something else. At this point I'm just struck.
I took a funeral policy with sanlam but because of lock down I realized that I will not be able to afford it, called the call center and requested to cancel, was sent a form which I filled and emailed back but for some reason they still debited my account, I'm disappointed
