Placed an order with them to assist with migrating my line to a new address first their website gave the wrong Fibre operator and they made it my problem to call the fibre operator to find out only to find out that it is another fibre operator and had to wait 2 weeks to be told that there is an infrastructure issue and they will not install and to be told that my business is not needed and I had to constantly follow up on my order with no communication received from Afrihost.com useless treatment from their side for a customer
I have had to place a second order with a new ISP with the hopes that Openserve will come and install a new ONT as everything else is here but they cannot contact to arrange installation and clearly will make me revert to not use Openserve
I cancelled my service with West Rand Reaction Unit due to moving house and confirmed prior to the end of the month that the service has been cancelled and that all fees is up to date, on the 1st of Sep a Debit Order went off, emailed the company and called them as well to confirm on the 2nd of September to be told that the Refund has been sent for processing. now on the 20th of September after numerous emails and phone calls I still have not received my refund and every time I call the Receptionist tells me the Finance Team and the Head of Finance is not in the office or in meetings and actually is astonished that they have not processed the Refund as promised. I did not reverse the Debit Order as I still believe in the good nature of people and to ensure they will stop the Debit Order run from being processed again the following month.
Notified Cool Ideas that I will be moving and logged a New Application on the 10th of August, only to be told on the 1st of September the Order was incomplete that a new order is to be submitted, then to be told an installation order with Openserve is to be done and installation is 2 to 3 weeks but can be earlier, at first I was constantly asked if Openserve has done the installation which is not my duty to follow up with Openserve then to be told a new order is to be raised and that it will revert to 2 to 3 weeks and today to be told that the order was not allocated correctly at Openserve. I feel that they are just making excuses on the orders and have generic responses and there is no proper management that takes control of the situation and actually be proactive with getting the installation done. Cool Ideas keep dropping the ball on the order and constantly have excuses or new issues with the order with no resolve
For service I have to give Cielo Stoneridge one star, I went there on Sunday the 7th of October at 4:40 just before they closed as I saw the chairs I want to buy. All the staff and most probably the manager where behind the counter and watched me trying to look at the chair that is on the top shelf unreachable by any human to see the price or even to try to sit on it and make my final decision to buy it! My partner even greeted the staff and they all just looked at us and didn’t say a word or even move to assist us! The product is looks of high quality and something I would love to have in my house, I am lucky to say they have an online ordering system so I don’t need to deal with customer service as I got nothing from the Cielo Store in Stoneridge itself. It is saddening to think that we as consumers needs to beg for service! As we walked out my partner still said it is sad because they lost a quick sale as we went in knowing what we want and having the means to buy it on the spot! I will have to revert to buying from the online store instead! Dear Cielo Stoneridge, thanks for not allowing me the pleasure of buying the chairs on the spot and hope you learn as start to treat customers with more dignity and respect as you never know where the next sale will come from! Dear Cielo Head office, I hope you look into your stores that represent your brand and the wonderful items you sell, I can unfortunately not yet say how the quality is as I did not have the pleasure of buying my items on the spot as I am inclined to do!
