I have been visiting the branch for over 2 months trying to cancel a laybuy I made because of finding a cheaper option elsewhere but I have been turned back due to a manager not being available and on Thursday and I was told my money should reflect back in to my account saturday but today makes it jt 3days and I still don't have funds in my account i mean its been too long trying to cancel this and now I must wait 4 days for my money this is horrible service

One of your employees named Sibusiso had an encounter with my father an elderly man who was almost 70 of age this guy was disrespecting him and completely refused to assist him in withdrawing a Capitec cash send I was on the phone with him to try and guide him through the process but I could hear the nonsese this guy was telling my father, it is such a disgusting thing to experience your employees fail to recognize people who need service yet the see people who they can abuse this is unaccessible and for the fact that when I asked for the manager he told my father to ask for him himself I am apualed.
Horrible place, the food we had today was the worst i had from any restaurant myb other people think because it's.
